It just makes me wonder if the higher ups know that this is happening. I mean, according to posts on here, reductions are being given to some and not others and thats lucky for the ones who get the break. But, is it certain operators or days of the week? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it and I can't believe that the big bosses had rather have customers leave than offer the same price to everyone across the board. What do I know though?!

I can get in trouble all by myself on here and sometimes he wants to respond under my name.......Y-E-A......I don't think so. I try to at least be mostly decent even if I disagree with someone, he's not so tactful at times. So, he needs his own name, unattached to mine!!! I love him and he's wonderful, but I also know him too well to let him loose under the momof3 name!!

Apparently, I wasn't stern enough when I called because when they sent me to the 'retention dept' they just said, 'Sorry, new customers only'. They told me I have 'a la carte' services and that there was no bundle to match my current usage. There was a for a new customer, just not ones who had been with them for 14 years.

It is at the crossroads at 92 and Dallas/Acworth hwy, behind the Kroger in that new part of the shopping center. I forgot that he also tried out a new dessert on us that was delicious. He made little 'fingers' out of funnel cake batter and sprinkled it with cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar. WOW! We were the first ones to try it, it tasted like a hit to us!!!

I am switching from Comcast to DirectTV and AT&T internet as we speak. For internet and upgraded digital cable with no premium or movie channels, we were paying Comcast &179.00 a month. When our tripleplay deal for $99.99 ran out 8 months ago, we dropped the phone thinking it would save money. Nope. For the 2 services it was just at $77.00 each plus fees. They lowered it by $20.00 for 2 months and it went right back up. They offered no bundle deals for current customers, just new ones. I keep seeing commercials for Xfinity by Comcast offering upgraded digital for 29.99 per mo

I am SOOO excited. I swear I love this parade, I act like a little kid. Hubby even took off again this year so he could go with us. At least it won't be as cold this year as it was last year, we almost froze, but we had a blast. Breakfast with Santa at Georgia Power at 8:00am, the parade at 2:00pm, then off to get our tree. What a BIG, FUN day!!!!!

We went to The Taste of Dixie for dinner and it was wonderful. The steak was tender, the sides were excellent and the portions were very generous. Billy, the chef was super nice and welcoming, we will certainly be going back.

I'm not sure if it's a sign up deal, but for Direct TV with no HD boxes, 5 boxes, free install and high speed DSL from AT&T, it's $81.45 a month. I am paying Comcast $179.00 for internet and upgraded digital cable now. Thats why we're switching, the savings alone was worth trying it. I love Comcast, but the bill is ridiculous especially when they offer NEW customers only the Tripleplay package for $109.00 a month.

OK....breathing deeply. The modum arrived by UPS and the install seems pretty straight forward. However, if ya'll don't see me on here for a while, it's because I'm a goof and couldn't do it. I think I'll leave this up to Hubby when he gets home. Off we go!!!!! WOOHOO!!

Regular internet, Uverse isn't available at my house. According to AT&T, I'm hooked up and ready go to except for the fact that I have no modum that I paid them $75.00 for. I'm trying really hard not to regret this move from Comcast. According to AT&T, Uverse isn't available at my house. I'm glad that you had such great service and I'm trying to stay positive and hope that this is just a fluke.

And that would make me happy. I was going to be home anyway, so it's not that I had to change my schedule, but I like my day planned a little better than this. But hey, I've got the Christmas stockings up, the other decorations out and the wreath on the door while I've been waiting.

I got a call this morning at 8:54 saying that they were on their way to install my new AT&T internet service. Guess what? 3 1/2 hours later, still no service tech. I called AT&T and the recording said that the wait time was more than 15 minutes, please call again later. REALLY!!?!?!?! I'm not a happy gal, have I completely screwed up by changing services? I hope not.

See, that's part of the mystery for me too. SOOOOO many people that have no talent are stars, it doesn't leave room for the actual talented people to get a break.
