  1. I'm so sorry... I wish I could give you all some kind of comfort. I will keep your SIL & family in my prayers and close to my heart. Bless you all!
  2. Please add me to the list again. Thanks.
  3. Please count me in. I just dropped off my money.
  4. You have to be careful where you go. Some places that are recommended by nail salons use ink that will fade to a grayish color over time. There are several reputable places in Buckhead and around Peachtree Dunwoody. The person that did mine is not local. They put on a numbing cream so it masks the pain. It may be uncomfortable but doesn't hurt. I also had my lips done and that was the most tender spot. I've been very happy with the results. My eyebrows have the perfect arch, lol, and I no longer have to worry about uneven brows
  5. I went one time and thought it was horrible and too expensive. I will not go back. I wish I could find a place near by that had good Chinese food!
  6. I had my eyeliner and eyebrows done too. It’s been great since my eyes seem to water a lot and I’d rub all my eye makeup off within an hour of applying it. I have to say, it’s subtle and looks natural. If I were going out for a night on the town, I’d add a little of the Bare Minerals Line Shadow for a smokey eyed look. Other than that, a little mascara and viola!
  7. This was a great read! Thank you for posting it. It breaks my heart to see all the people who suffered with this disease in the early years when so little was known about it. I remember a story about the Ray Family that lived in Arcadia, FL, close to where I grew up. They had 3 sons who were exposed to AIDS through blood transfusions. They were not allowed to attend school. Their community held protests to try and make them move and their house was eventually burned to the ground. AIDS research and treatment has come a long way. I will pass this article along...
  8. Agreed! Sad that in this day and age I have such a suspicious mind. Sounds like the OPs wife had a gut feeling and went with it. I always say trust your gut!
  9. My list was smaller than yours. Do not, and I repeat, do not use Clower. We had a horrible experience and my daughter had to get braces again! The 2nd go around, we went to Dr. Justice. Due to insurance, my youngest is going to Pickron in Acworth. We've been very happy so far.
  10. I’m a dork too! I love True Blood and Game of Thrones. Game of Thrones has to be the best show I’ve seen in a long time…. I recorded Ringer but haven’t had a chance to watch it. I want to see Unforgettable with Poppy Montgomery. Looks interesting. Other than True Blood and Game of Thrones, I mainly watch HGTV. I love, love House Hunters International.
  11. I look at it this way, each boy made a conscience decision to do the crimes, so they need to do the time. Just be happy your friends got caught and are alive! They could have been shot dead or severely wounded during one of their breaking & entering excursions. One thing I’ve learned since living in Paulding County is the residents are armed and serious! I have little sympathy toward thieves! I work hard for what I own and if I were one of the victims, I’d be pissed off!
  12. I just had to Google what a morph suit was!
