Scarlet This is how Boss Hogg explained it to me: ~Click on Paulding.com (the oval logo at the top left of your screen) ~ In County wide news, click on the right hand side on the second image (that says Portal View) ~ When page opens, place cursor on right hand edge and pull the edge to the center to reveal the livestream.
