Forget the door chimes....we have locks at the tops of all the doors just so no kids escape.....I'm not sure why more people don't try it out...seems to be a lot of wandering kids lately. I had the sliding bolts when mine were little. Once I was angry and slammed the door on my way out. The bolt slid in place and we were really locked out of the house, because the other doors were bolted too. To top it off, my keys were in the house, so I couldn't even leave. I had to kick in my own door to get in the house. Then I decided anger wasn't worth it anymore. I don't get too angry very often now. Link to post Share on other sites
