FreeBird
stat 2 means the call was unfounded - the units found the subject and there was nothing to the call - i.e. the guy didn't have zip-tie handcuffs on after all .

ihaveadog
Out of curiosity, is there a difference between the zip-tie handcuffs and the large wire ties you can get at Home Depot? Yes, the cuff type have a center piece. It's a bit bigger than the square shaped part the zips go into. They have one on each side of the center block piece. Then the ties go in each of the locks. You can get out of them with a needle, pin, or thin enough paper clip. If they are put on you with the zip pointing down after they are locked. Use one hand to slide the pin in between the zip on the toothed side and the locking tab. It will push the locking tab down, and then you can slide the zip out. If they are put on you with the sip pointing up, it can still be done, but you'll need help, or have to have very very flexible wrists. Ugadawgs98
And the center "lock" is metal instead of plastic.
