Clark Funeral Home Posted May 21, 2007 Report Share Posted May 21, 2007 Chad Butler, age 33, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2007. The son of Rene & Sheila Butler, he was born on April 6, 1974, in Paulding County. Chad was the owner of Master Green Lawn Care. He was a member of the Smyrna Methodist Church. Survivors include his parents, Rene & Sheila Butler of Dallas and their grandson, Bryce Williams; grandparents, Herbert & Shirley Miller of Dallas and Geneva Butler of Dallas; special aunts, Gail Hollis, Treva Hayes, and Vickie (Randy) Williams; special cousin/brother, Matt Williams; cousins, Jennifer Popp, Tony Hayes, and Josh Williams. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at 2:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Thomas Cole and Reverend Benny Abney officiating. Interment will follow in Smyrna Methodist Church Cemetery in Dallas. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chad Butler Memorial Scholarship Fund at any Regions Bank.
