That happened to me. I moved into a house that had a approved fence. It is pine. Mine would not get approved now. It has to be cedar. They were trying to bully me and telling me I had to take it down. NO I DON'T! They are so stupid I think when DH was pressure washing it they thought I was putting up new wood.

Do you wait for new people to move in and then try to bully them and tell them lies? Send them emails stating IMO when the President has nothing to do with the ARC Review?

I get what you say and I agree with the first part. What I don't like about HOA's is when they try to lie and bully you. I will not be bullied. Where I live all of them have HOA's unless you want to be in a starter home and I didn't have enough time to buy land and build my own house.

I love how mine, want to have a Progressive Dinner. They budget 600 for it, we still have 800 left over after that and they won't tell me where that money is going. I said forget the dinner and put that money towards next year and not raise our fee $50 bucks. BUT NOOOOO they say it is budgeted for this year.

That sounds like PTC. I know Navy families who are stationed there and own homes. They are older but affordable and worth it for the views. They are in the Seattle Area.

Southern CA is so nice, especially Orange County. We actually had orders there but DH decided to Retire. I would have loved living there for a few years. The weather is so nice. Not hot like here.

I already did it. Peachtree City Area. Love it down here. When we Retire and move for good, right now I am looking at the Tampa Area.

I remember a few years back they recalled Cookie Dough for that reason. I never eat it raw and normally make my own cookies from scratch so it was never an issue. I'm one of the weird ones that doesn't like raw cake batter or brownie batter either.

If that is the case, I agree go with the French Door because I do like the middle drawer. That is fairly new. My rental had the old style French door. Think the one they had on Two and a Half Men. It was horrible.

I had to use one of them for a year, and I hated it. If you don't buy and store lots of frozen food, I guess it would be OK. I would end up sitting on the floor trying to find a bag of frozen vegetables. UHHHHHHHH Renting for a year taught me this. I hate French Door Refrigerators and Front Loading Washing Machines. Make that your soda fridge and get a new one, if you currently only have one. I always have 2 refrigerators.

Well I came back from a 50 minute walk. I tried to stay off the hard side walks and did most of my walking on the trail around the lake. I'll see how my foot feels tomorrow and if it hurts I'm going to just go out and buy a bike.
