I know some Chief wives who are on it for more than a month and TRICARE won't do automatic renewals either, got get the RX every month. Hopefully it is different for the VETS/DEP who go to clinics, VA Hosp or on base.

I did that a little over a week ago. I know exactly how I got it. I went outside back in April to get my dog. I stepped on a nail and hit my bone spur, that healed up but I was walking on my other foot to confiscate for the hurt foot and well you know the rest I got PF that won't go away. Since I went to the Foot DR, I got a shot and have been icing my foot and doing stretches, especially before I get out of bed in the morning. I even wear flip flops in the shower and have spent a fortune in new shoes. Getting old sucks! I blame my flat feet, bone spurs and love of flats for making it wors

Having Plantar Fasciitis bites, this sitting around all day is really getting old. I am going to go for a walk and say the heck with it. What do you guys do for exercise when you have foot issues? I tried riding a bike at the gym but it was killing my behind.

I read last night they are expecting the announcement within the next two weeks.

I ordered a sock yesterday. I went walking last night and now my foot hurts just as bad as before the shot on Friday. I'm going to try physical therapy next. WOW this SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Really? So I don't need to rest my foot? I have been dealing with this for 6 months and finally went to the DR last week about it. I figured by not resting it I was making it worse. The shot didn't hurt, but my foot still hurts 3 days later, not as bad but it still hurts. I started doing a exercise with a belt first thing in the morning and doing the rolling pin exercise. I started doing that a few days ago. It does seem to help some.

Cause it was a joke and it was funny considering the Thread we were in a few days ago. I thought it was funny anyway.

It def hurts the most first thing in the morning.

Thanks Blondie. I've been sitting as much as I can, but I like my exercise. Think I will start riding a bike for awhile and see if that helps.

When his commercial comes on TV, I cringe, he has a whiny voice.

The shot didn't hurt at all, I was very scared before he did it but it was no big deal.

Went to the Podiatrist. He said the pain is not from the heel spurs but Plantar Fasciitis. Has anyone had the cortisone shot and did it help them? Tips for dealing with the pain?
