When I moved here 26 yrs ago, I had about the same problem. This was before we had animal contol and such. I talked to my neighbors but the problem did not go away.
The first thing I did when I moved here was to put up a chain link fence for my dogs. So I decided to train my neighbors dogs myself. I had a air rifle and the first time a animal(cat or dog) came into my yard, they got a bb in their butt. The second time they got more pumps on the rifle and a pellet in their butt. If there was a third time they took a dart home in their butt.. It got so, if they heard me pump that air gun, they were gone in the wind.
Maybe you may think that was cruel, I instead could have used my .38 pistol instead.

get an invisible fence and collar. lay the invisible fence on the ground just inside the hard fence . a couple of times getting zapped by the collar and she will stay away from the hard fence. then sell the invisible fence to some one else with the problem!

This a good idea, but also do what was suggested in a earlier post.
Since Exxon/Mobil is kind of the big dog in this game, buy your gas from any where but Exxon/Mobil. Sooner or later, they will have to drop their prices to get rid of their surplus. Then this will force the others to drop to meet or beat Exxon's price.

Before I ask my question, let me preface it with a little info on my self.
I have been a licensed driver for 47 years. I have had only one moving violation ticket in that time. I have lived in this country from the east coast to the left coast and also several years in foreign countries. In all this time and varied residences,I do not recall seeing of what I am about to ask.
Why do people after making a right turn on a multi-lane road go INSTANTLY into the left lane. I was taught to stay in the right lane until you get up speed of the traffic and then move over if needed. No, I am not a doddering old fool going 25 mph. In fact I like to take a extra 5 or 10 when on a highway.
Also, when I am coming down a multi-lane highway in the right lane and see a auto coming out of a side street, I will move over to the left lane so I don't run over their dumb a**. You guessed It! There they are in the left lane.
Is this a something taught locally or what?

I see they are putting up a Tractor Supply store next to the new Greystone bldg at 278 & Cadillac drive. Iwon't have to drive into that mess in Hiram so much now for hardware and such.

It cost $50.00 to file a small claim case but there is no lower limit.Ask the mechanic why should you pay for sevices not rendered and incomplete job? Also ask him if he likes being reported to the better business bureau? I think he should at least split the cost of towing to another shop if he can not determine the problem. That would be decent of him.
