The one or two times that I have had to call upon the pcsd in 25 years in the county , was handled in a timely and professional manner. I have a scanner in my shop downstairs and let me tell you them guys are busier than a one armed paper hanger daily.

susana says mexico is a "poor" country. It needn't be. It is rich in oil and natural resources. if they had a government that would think of their people instead of forcing them to become a burden on their neighbors.

What i did with my kids on these school funraisers, I would find out what percentage of these sales the school received. Then I would give that percentage of their goal in cash to the organization who organized this fundraiser. Then inform them that I sent my kids to school to be educated and not to be salespersons.
I am now doing the same with my grandchildren.

Since you have other children playing in your yard, I would not recommend a rottie. They get rather protective of their property and family. If the children get into a altercation, the dog may get to aggresive protecting your child. Have you thought of an australian shephard. I have had many in my life time . have never had one bite,they bark when a stranger comes near their domain and they are big enough to protect themselves.
