Tom Crawford found my article and the controversy and then Jim Galloway picked it up from him. Tom's reporting had a bit more information in it than what Jim reported on.

This morning, I received an email and I am proud to say that a well respect political site reporter that covers GA politics complimented me by saying: "I appreciate the work you put into your news page and from what I've seen, you've done a better job of reporting on the campaign than the local print newspaper."

FYI..... If anyone cares to accuse me of deleting comments under my article, you are more than welcome to prove it. Although I have the ability to delete comments, I have not done so. I have all of the comments, all 28 comments in my login area. There are two pages of comments on the article page but I see that the rest before it are not showing and I have no answers for it. Socialism on the move. Not only that, it will cost a lot of money for these ISP's to track all of this and everything else in between. The way I see it, it should be the affected parties, those who own the copywrite's to pursue the action, not the government.

Pubby,I have to add this before I leave this topic for the time being. First of all, no one works for free and being on Examiner as a local reporter of Republican politics is of no exception. And there is more than just views for pay. after hitting 1000+ views in combination of all my news clips, in just a week, I am pleased at that. It tells me that people are interested in Republican politics. This is all I have to say on this matter(just my opinion) as I have some articles to write and edit.

I'm not far from Old Villa Rica and I heard nothing. I sometimes think sonic booms may also be the cause sometimes since we are not far from Dobbins or a jet flew very high overhead. I heard my first sonic boom while stationed in Germany back in the 80s and trust me, I thought a house exploded. I learned later that it was the SR-71 spy plane flying the East German border and by time I heard the boom, that plane was long gone. So who knows what exactly it is you all hear. I only heard such a boom many months ago late at night.

I have to strongly disagree with the above in bold. Sure, there are "some" supporters of past candidates who may play hardball on the sidelines but I am not seeing this at all with Daniel. Nothing, zero, zip, nada and certainly not from me. The one who happened to be in the former seat of the House and while I have my own private views because this is not about the previous holder of the that seat, happened to be in a very powerful seat, had been a politician for quite awhile, and well into adulthood, and was holding an elected seat while he committed his acts. The same here and yes, I was 19/20 as well. Only a handful of people in my life know what it is and certainly, my parents who had to pay a $300 phone bill, calling collect is expensive.
