Just wanted to say that Paulding County EMA does have places for Emergency Shelters. The Sheriff's Office and Fire Department know how to get these people help, if they want it. markdavd had a point, most of them don't want "help". If you know of someone that needs shelter, you can contact the Fire Department or 911 Dispatch and they can get them a warm place to stay.

My migraines have gotten terrible here lately. I have just been seeing my family doctor for them, as I have had them for 24 years and my Neurologist died. Dr. Woodward was the bomb and that is probably why I have had such a hard time finding one I like, because I compare them to him. And to top it off....my insurance company quit covering my medicine...go figure. When you have had them as long as I have and find something that works, don't mess with it, then they decide to not cover it anymore...I don't get it. Anyways, rant over, thanks in advance for any advice.

Scoggins Middle School PTSA will be hosting a Father/Son meeting on Monday, November 1st. This meeting is open to all Middle Schools in the community. We will have Chad Cox from DNR as our guest speaker. He will be discussing hunting safety and will also be bringing out a hunting simulator for the boys to play around with after the meeting. Dr. Vandewater is awesome. Had to have an absessed wisdom tooth taken out when I was 4 mos pregnant. No anestesia (sp?). No problem he was great. Went back to have the other 3 removed, again no problems.

My son's birthday is coming up soon. We have had his party at home for the past 3 years and he is wanting to have a "REAL" party this year. Anybody have any suggestions? Need something reasonable, but for a lot of kids. I have 8 neices and nephews without counting his friends. TIA
