We have bought our last 10 (at least) vehicles from them. Sometimes a couple at a time. Hubby got a little disappointed when they didn't let him fix the front of the dealership damaged in the storm a couple of years ago. But they are still great people.

Surepip, what happens if they counter sue to collect the $ they have spent in this lawsuit?? I think there are details that we are not privy to and we are hearing one side of the story. But I have to agree with Madea, if you fight city hall be prepared to spend a lot of $ and they should do what ever is necessary to prevent future law suits. Imagine how many people would be lined up to get their day in court if this was easy. You can sue anybody for anything, there is no discretion used to file the suit.
