The government has no idea what adjust means, they will just create a committee to study what went wrong and what to do next. It should be ready in about 5 years.

Still snowing here, it's just melting as soon as it hits the sidewalk and driveway. The grass still has about 1 1/2" on it but the concrete is clear, 36 degrees at the moment. -
