  1. I love your attitude, LTTP!
  2. I think David had a better attitude about Goliath than the Israelite soldiers had. The soldiers were probably thinking; "He is so big that we can never slay him." But, David may have been thinking; "He is so big that I cannot miss him."
  3. I think the truth will come out, as to which of these men has the evidence.
  4. This could lead to the man with the most money, like surpip mentioned. But, if we were highly educated lawyers we may not need to go to as much expense. Knowledge has almost as much power as money! You are right, though, about infringing on other people's rights! That is also common knowledge. Negligence, in regard to the common rights of others, is the omission to do something which a reasonable man, guided upon those considerations which ordinarily regulate the conduct of human affairs, would do, or doing something which a prudent and reasonable man would not do.
  5. Rudolf Elmer, the former senior Swiss bank executive who handed over secret banking data to WikiLeaks on Monday, says he is a whistleblower out to expose a system of offshore tax evasion. However, Swiss private bank Julius Baer portrays Elmer as a disgruntled former employee who is waging a personal vendetta after being fired in 2002. On his website swisswhistleblower.com, the former chief operating officer of Julius Baer's bank and trust company in the Cayman Islands, a renowned Caribbean financial haven, tries to explain his quest. 6. Our personalities, attitudes, points of view, and belief's affect how we see the world and react to it, LTTP! I was just reading a post, by MillCreek Web Design, about ATTITUDE that I though was so wonderful. I think it should remain a topic of discussion for a long time. Problems become opportunities, every day, and attitude is the most important tool to cause that kind of effect.
  7. Thank you very much, PUBBY! I have told you, many times, that you tell it like it actually is. There are so many that I just can't understand, because of their evasion of reality associated with things that are important to the common rights of human beings. Thank you, so very much! Your website is so important to the human race, that I just love it.
  8. I know what you mean, surepip! Greed is good to many people. This is supposed to be a free country, but greed tends to out weigh common rights. Once it gets on the books, maybe it will help Judges decide cases based on law, instead of greed. I like to think that we are making progress with our country's true common freedoms, but greed is strong. It seems to me that we are going down hill like a snowball headed for hell, in this country, sometimes. But I have the audacity to hope that greed will not win.
  9. I'm not a paid news broadcaster, and I know you understand that. I am watching the Doctors as I am typing this post. They tell us things that does cause anxiety, but we need to know it. Life has some depressing things associate with it. But, if w want to live life to its fullest, we cannot ignore the importance of the things w don't like to hear. Thanks for allowing me to give reasoning for the importance of things that cause some amount of anxiety.
  10. I certainly understand your situation, LPPT! As you know, I admire your attitude about life to a high degree. I just evolve into a fifth degree of personal needs, as I get older. Some people think I am a cantankerous old man, but I feel that my fellow citizens need to know things, on a need to know basis that is a little above average. I was born in 1944; unaware that a well educated man had, just a year earlier, finally defined human needs. His name was Abraham Maslow. Here's Maslow's Hierarchy Of Human Needs 1 Self Actualization Needs (full potential) 2 Es
  11. Yes, it is unlawful to interfere with the common rights of person in this state! It is the same as trespassing on their private property. They don't even need a sign around their neck that says, "PRIVATE COMMON RIGHTS." Their rights are with them every where they go in this state. Here's the law: O.C.G.A 51-9-10 - The unlawful interference with a right-of-way or a right of common constitutes a trespass to the party entitled thereto. All a person has to do is claim his/her rights, because they are there. People have certain rights, even if they are trespassing on your property
  12. I have always felt that whistle blowers need a place to get their info! But, the problem is that the info, the American people need, is not put on FB. The kind of info the American people need to know is better found on WIKILEAKS.
  13. "A Swiss whistle-blower Monday handed over what he said were secret Swiss banking records to WikiLeaks, the website dedicated to revealing secrets. Swiss banker Rudolf Elmer handed two discs to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange at a news conference in London. WikiLeaks could release the secret Swiss banking records in "a matter of weeks" if it can process them quickly enough, Assange said." I think Executive Privilege gives some people more rights than other people have. Do some people have a license to break the law, IN THIS COUNTRY, by claiming Executive Privilege? You can get
  14. This post is absolutely wonderful, MWD! It needs to be posted, EVERY DAY, and even EVERY HOUR.
  15. I have been busy, during this weather. http://vodpod.com/watch/879823-miss-universe-2008-swimsuit-top-15-lady-gaga-just-dance">Miss Universe 2008 Swimsuit Top 15 Lady Gaga - Just Dance</a>
  16. If what motivates a you is a need to please authority, and to win approval from others, then you can't even lead yourself. But, if what motivates you is a belief that you are on some mission, in your life, with an honest evaluation of your intentions, you are also a leader.
  17. Of course, appearance is important, but it's not near as important as demeanor, which includes the behavior and conduct that a leader needs so much more of. And, if it's the wrong kind of demeanor they will need a lease to get people to follow their lead.
  18. Getting up in the morning and instead of working on their mind and your heart for even a few minutes, they will obsess for more than an hour focusing totally on their appearance instead of their substance. Why are people so superficial when it comes to what matters most to their hearts and souls, while they stay so busy with outside appearances of themselves and the things they do? A leader knows that appearance is not as important as what is in their heart and soul. I have heard people say: "What's the point?" "Why am I doing all of this?" "Life is a bitch and then you die."
  19. Honkin had her ways, but I liked her for standing up for what she believed in. She shot nobody, but she could raise some h***. She and Sarah Palin are a lot alike.
  20. I'd be feeling better, TC, if my brother-in-law would let me have that GTO, and let Cameron Diaz be my driver!
  21. That will be a nice car, G B! Do you plan on showing it at car shows?
  22. Yes, GB, that will be a beautiful car! I don't remodel cars, but my b-in-l has about 20, or so. He's got T-models, A-models, 1955 Chevy's, and many others. He's got a little yellow Doodle Bug that looks as new as the 1966 GTO.
  23. I've been very busy, with a few things, BL! I will go to my PM and check it. I apologize for not paying attention to my PM's. They are probably getting close to fill capacity. Let me go and check!

  25. My brother-in-law shows this GTO, and now he carries the poster of the Cruse/Diaz Movie and lays it in the seat. People are attracted to the car first, and then they say, "OMG" Cameron Diaz, and Tom Cruse drove off into the sunset with this car.
