  1. Do you suppose his father did it. He said his son ought to have killed himself instead of 93 other people.
  2. "Malfeasance has been defined by appellate courts in other jurisdictions as a wrongful act which the actor has no legal right to do; as any wrongful conduct which affects, interrupts or interferes with the performance of official duty; as an act for which there is no authority or warrant of law; as an act which a person ought not to do; as an act which is wholly wrongful and unlawful; as that which an officer has no authority to do and is positively wrong or unlawful; and as the unjust performance of some act which the party performing it has no right, or has contracted not, to do. ” —Daugher
  3. I see what you mean now, HWAM! But, lets look at all three. I'm not that far off.
  4. I denounce a lot of what Liberals believe, ca2ga! But, more so I denounce what Libertarians believe. Labels doesn't seem to adhere to me, very long, no matter what they say.
  5. Not all of my indifference is depraved, TC, because I indeed you too!
  6. I can't see it, HWAM! To me he looks more like Glen Beck, with longer hair..
  7. Where there is a will, TC, there is a way!
  8. I agree, with that, TC! Not only that, but I appreciate you for being who you are. People who matter don't mind either of us expressing our opinion, and the way I see it; people who mind don't matter.
  9. I have enough depraved indifference toward my fellow man. I din't want to read that sob's manifesto. With that said; I don't get with anybody else program, especially the program he manifests. Just like his father said, "he should have killed himself!" I am glad you are sharing YOUR opinions with me, however, ca!2Ga!
  10. We are not that far apart regarding the amount of depraved indifference we both have,TC! Nobody's perfect, as you know.
  11. I know what you mean, Thoughts, and thanks for your input! When I was a child, the KKK did that for us children.
  12. After negotiations with our neighbors, and getting the whole neighbor involved. They put up a tall chain link fence with at least 18" of the fence under the ground. They had a previous fence, but the pit bull was digging under. WE have been happy about how things have been handled.
  13. The greatest credibility comes from Glenn Beck. And, I don't think PUBBY is giving him any credibility, other than depraved indifference credibility. I know you saw the Glen Beck video in my thread about what he said.
  14. Depraved Indifference, TC, causes Christians to not even know what Jesus stood for. Allow me to quote my signature here. "Among the sayings and discourses imputed to him [Jesus] by his biographers, I find many passages of fine imagination, correct morality, and of the most lovely benevolence; and others again of so much ignorance, so much absurdity, so much untruth, charlatanism, and imposture, as to pronounce it impossible that such contradictions should have proceeded from the same being." ~ The Chief Author of our Declaration of Independence
  15. As my signature indicates, I think Christianity has taken a not so good turn. The Chief Author of Our Declaration of Independence knew it back in his days. I don't even advocate Christianity, but this sounds like what it should be. Here is more what Christianity is about. http://youtu.be/UWHJ6-YhSYQ
  16. This SOB's narrative is depraved. He has a depraved indifference in regard to the lives of his fellow human beings.
  17. Don't take it personal, E Z! You are simply overcoming another obstacle.
  18. He sure does have a point. This guy is not crazy; he knew what he was doing when he killed a bunch of young people.
  19. It may be nasty, GGGM, but all you need is your basic sense of understanding. and feeling loved for the great person you are. You don't worry about other people's versions of how things ought to be, because your own opinions secure your how you react to the circumstances. Even though you SERIOUSLY wanted, at one point, to stop halfway through the day, get in a ball and cry, feel sorry for yourself and run back to my nice and VERY clean apartment, you took the bull by the horns and rode the SOB until he quit bucking. That's what I call GGGM glue!
  20. The guy I showed, in the video above, killed a bunch of people, and used his mouth.
  21. Here is another type of killer. This man did it by coercing (enticing) people. http://youtu.be/eLFWuPIQuV4
  22. In politics, Right, right-wing and rightist are generally used to describe support for preserving traditional social orders and hierarchies. The terms Right and Left were coined during the French Revolution, referring to seating arrangements in parliament; those who sat on the right supported preserving the institutions of the Ancien Régime (the monarchy, the aristocracy and the established church). Use of the term "Right" became more prominent after the second restoration of the French monarchy in 1815 with the Ultra-royalists. Stephen Fisher writes in The Concise Oxford Dictionary of
  23. The scope of philosophy in the ancient understanding, and the writings of (at least some of) the ancient philosophers, were all intellectual endeavors. This included the problems of philosophy as they are understood today; but it also included many other disciplines, such as pure mathematics and natural sciences such as physics, astronomy, and biology (Aristotle, for example, wrote on all of these topics.) The term "Western philosophy" is at times unhelpful and vague, since the definition involves a vast variety of distinct traditions, political groups, religious groups, and individual wri
