If you want dedicated people you have to set a good example of dedication. Commitment works both ways. So, if your reason for coming to Georgia is cheap labor, how dedicated will Georgian's be? Just because we don't have as good an ethics commission as Alabama, it doesn't mean we are cheaper regarding citizenship. We need to see what our rewards are, for being paid less money, if that is what you are thinking in your reasoning. People in Georgia are not any cheaper, however, than people in other states! A company who thinks they are going to use Georgia's resources to make millions, or billions, of dollars should not expect that Georgians are cheaper. We don't mind, however, good jobs and accountability, with respect to the use of our most vital resource an organization would be interested in.
