Declaratory Judgment, A Protection Of Your Rights
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Who's he? If you have been eating smart pills, U98, you might know him/her, but I don't know who you are talking about! Do you want Ransom? That is all I can figure. I'm still trying to figure Ransom, Random, or what ever you are talking about, out As I read on down, under your reply I see that that there is some kind of warning about never underestimating stupid people in a group. Give me some more clarity on that, U98, if you don't mind! -
Declaratory Judgment, A Protection Of Your Rights
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
How many of us rely on the kindness of people's hearts to take just as good of care of our rights as they do their own? I've heard talk of frivolous law suits; would the very idea of suing for a Declaratory Judgment be frivolous law suit? Are our rights worth filing a law suit for? -
The Georgia Declaratory Judgment Act is much broader than many other states, due to the inclusion of subsection : " In addition to the cases specified in subsection (a) the respective superior courts of this state shall have power, upon petition of other appropriate pleadings, to declare rights and other legal relations of any interested party petitioning for the declaration, whether or not further relief is or could be prayed, in any civil case in which it appears to the court that the ends of justice require that the declaration should be made; and the declaration shall have the force an

Although There Are About 2 Million People In The U.S

Is he a male chauvinist pig, cc? A male chauvinist pig was a term used in the 1960s among feminists for men, usually with some power (such as an employer or professor), who believed that men were superior and expressed that opinion freely in word and action. "Chauvinist" means someone who assertively maintains that his or her kind -- usually people of the same nationality -- are superior; "chauvinism" refers to an extreme and bigoted form of patriotism. Thus, "male chauvinism" was used to refer to an attitude of male superiority or male entitlement to power over women. -

Freemasonry is a fraternal organisation that arose from obscure origins in the late 16th to early 17th century. While Freemasonry has often been called a "secret society," Freemasons themselves argue that it is more correct to say that it is an "esoteric society," in that certain aspects are private. I often wonder if the much the larger "Christian Society" is influenced by Freemasonry????? From what I understand, Freemasons are egalitarians. That may be why we hear little of them. Do we hear much about egalitarianism?

Irene will deal a glancing blow to Ocean City Virginia. Washington D.C. and Ocean City are very close in air miles. -
Before I got lazy, and retired, I used to call Friday "PAYDAY." I guess that is sort of a sticking pattern, even tough Friday is no longer "PAYDAY", for me. It still makes me wanna shout, however! Allow me to share some shouting with you guys. http://youtu.be/qrO4YZeyl0I

PUBBY, How Are Your E-cigarettes Doing You?
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Habitual behavior can be a very good thing, even if it's obsessive. Do you think Einstein was not obsessive when he was interested in the theory of relativity? Some people actually thought Einstein was crazy. One argument to be wary of in the justification of what people are basing their opinions on. A mental disorder, is that ‘it must exist because biological differences can be found between people thought to have the condition and those without the condition. I never hold much value in opinions that are wide spread by powerful individuals, with their their finger on a mass media -
You are more like me, in normal mode, NC, than you may think! It seem, to many people, my own family include, that I am a hard nosed SOB. Nevertheless, when I come to their side, the understanding starts it's grand fanally like the end of a fireworks display. --------------------------------------- I love to dance, drink good liquor and beer, show my arse, and hug all my friends with my bare arse sticking out. I even do that, sometime, on p.com! There are very few people, on P.com, who like my diversity in music to dance by. Or, at least they are not going to participate

The difficulty, in understanding others, comes when deciding what criteria you should use to decide whether a person is just a mental case, or not, and has gone beyond what is normal and should be considered as ill. This goes for physical illness as well. A physical difference is only considered an illness if it causes problems as a result. Someone who is extremely racist might genuinely suffer problems as a result of their opinions. UNDERSTANDING, is the key!

Most people might think that an opinion, no matter how disagreeable, shouldn’t get someone diagnosed with a mental disorder. My opinion, N i N H, is that being organized as Christians might include bigots in the mix. Surely the Chief Author of Our Declaration of Independence was more qualified than I am to make a statement about Christians. "Among the sayings and discourses imputed to him [Jesus] by his biographers, I find many passages of fine imagination, correct morality, and of the most lovely benevolence; and others again of so much ignorance, so much absurdity, so much untruth,

Satisfaction Guaranteed May Not Be Such A Good Thing
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Some of my own family members remind me of satisfied pigs. They laugh it off when I tell them that they are more like pigs than human beings, all they need is a "oink" and they will have everything they need. They do have enough sense to respond to me with an , however! ------------------------------------- I mentioned, in one thread, that I like "constructive criticism" better than I like ice cream. Even if people can only reply to what I say, with , I sometimes consider that to be "constructive criticism" The reason for my consideration on that is because it help me UN -
PUBBY, How Are Your E-cigarettes Doing You?
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It was a miracle that you could do that, gfh! I am happy for you, in regard to quitting smoking. But, I'm sad that you had to have cancer surgery. Quitting smoking was the best thing you could have done for yourself. We tend not to notice the good things we have done for ourselves, because the bad things stick out much like a sore thumb to us. As long as we are getting along fine, we don't notice these fine things like we notice a sore thumb. Anyway, I appreciate your input, here! I think you are setting a good example for many people. Leaving a lot of happy tracks is not al -
PUBBY, How Are Your E-cigarettes Doing You?

That is great, Tt! I am very happy that the ecigs are working for your Hubby, and the other guys. I haven't smoked a cigarette in 30 years, but I remember how hard it was to quit. And, PUBBY, I am so proud of you. It does me good to hear that. I don't normally bother you, anymore, because of the accusations of me being a P.com pet. I don't want you to suffer any misleading criticism at my expense. You helped me a lot, and spen a lot of your valuable time, on me, when we first met. Thank you! I am so glad your ecigs seem to be working so well. -
"It is better to be a human being dissatisfied than a pig satisfied; better to be Socrates dissatisfied than a fool satisfied. And if the fool, or the pig, are of a different opinions, it is because they only know their side of the question." John Stewart Mill "Criticism is something we can avoid easily by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing" ~ Aristotle If Mr. Mill didn't tell us the difference in satisfaction and dissatisfaction who would? -------------------- How many people do you know who remind you of satisfied pigs? What does it take to satisfy a pig?

I overheard that you were doing well with your e-cigarettes, a few weeks ago. I have wondered if you are still liking them. I have family members who have given up on them, and have started back smoking. I am the one who grieved, because it don't seem to bother them. Just wondering, and thanks for your effort to quit smoking.

I just came back, N i N H! I didn't see this reply before. I am so sorry we lost your input to this web site for for 6 whole months. That is certainly a loss that can never be replaced. We cannot do without you, that long, again. I bow to the great demeanor you have displayed in every topic I have witnessed you replying to. I wondered where you were. Pleas, know, that whatever you don't like about my attitude, I have a good understanding of the reasoning behind it. You, Rock!

Thank you, very much, N i N H! I, however, have become favorable to some personal jabs; not because I want to jab anyone, but because I do get a great deal of lesson, in more ways than one, when I get jabbed. The affect of the jab, may not be what the jabber wanted, but I do get what I want out of a lot of them. I just don't like for my effort to discuss an issue to get side tracked. But, I side track it myself in some cases of personal attack. I am not Jesus Christ, and don't always turn my other cheek. I highly respect your opinions in a debate, N I N H, especially when you tur

Mimic Is Only An Instinct, Like A Bird Has
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I make a lot of errors. People find more of my errors than can be found on the average typing of a person. I think it's my brain, but I suffer myself to think, even with a brain that is lacking in some areas of thought. Truth gains more even by the errors of one who, with due study and preparation, thinks for himself, than by the true opinions of those who only hold them because they do not suffer themselves to think. ~ John Stuart Mill -
Mimic Is Only An Instinct, Like A Bird Has

Trying to get your opinion, markdave! Is that your opinion? If it's really a question, the answer is no. Everything else I posted is my opinion, which people often want to smother, but They, themselves may not know whether my opinion is the truth or not. "We can never be sure that the opinion we are endeavoring to stifle is a false opinion; and if we were sure, stifling it would be an evil still." ~ John Stuart Mill -
Nevertheless, our instinct is not all we need, as humans. "He who lets the world, or his own portion of it, choose his plan of life for him, has no need of any other faculty than the ape-like one of imitation. He who chooses his plan for himself, employs all his faculties. He must use observation to see, reasoning and judgment to foresee, activity to gather materials for decision, discrimination to decide, and when he has decided, firmness and self-control to hold to his deliberate decision." ~ John Stuart Mill We can change, as humans, our habitual behaviors. We may not see any point
