Lighten up Frances, a holiday weekend is coming
Eddie Bennett replied to LPPT's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I don't like summer, much, LPPT! I'll be glad when fall is upon us. And, then I like winter better than summer. My air conditioner doesn't burn wood. And I would get in trouble for indecent exposure if I tried to take off enough clothes to stay cool. In the winter I can ware a coon skin cap if I have to, and a rabbit coat. -

I never use it, rs; so I don't know! But, I hope you find it, before you go off half cocked. ------------------------------------------------------------------- I can see, rocketsam, why the rich feel the way they do toward the American people. Education has been shot to hell! "The rich alone use imported articles, and on these alone the whole taxes of the General Government are levied... Our revenues liberated by the discharge of the public debt, and its surplus applied to canals, roads, schools, etc., the farmer will see his government supported, his children educated, -

I only turn the handle away from the street if the garbage man looks like a rich man. If he looks like a poor man I help him out, which is to turn the handle toward the street. -
Every Person Is Under The Natural Duty

Neglecting to contribute to the necessities of our society has made some of us rich, but only a few. It has made many more of us poor. Can you see what this beautiful country has become? I know we took this country from the Indians and the Mexicans, when we first started settling he, but it was a beautiful place then. Look at it now. A shopping mall. But, people love it. They like to be able to get to the mall, without burning a lot of gas, which is almost $4.00 a gal. a lot of the times. They like the Chinese goods, which they can throw away and put more gas in their SUV to get to the ma -
I can certainly see where the officer was confused, PSD! It seems obvious to him, in this case, but there millions of others who don't advertise that well. I only know, because of all the building, I see, with grave yards next to them. It's hard to get by those buildings on Sunday morning, when I'm trying to get somewhere. As I wait for the road to clear where I can go. I wonder, to myself, what did these people really learn about WWJD? Do they really care WWJD? I see some of the same people at the Rusty Nail, on Saturday night, telling dirty jokes and laughing, with a Margarita in one h

"Every man is under the natural duty of contributing to the necessities of the society; and this is all the laws should enforce on him." "I acknowledge that such a debt [of service to my fellow-citizens] exists, that a tour of duty in whatever line he can be most useful to his country, is due from every individual. It is not easy perhaps to say of what length exactly that tour should be, but we may safely say of what length it should not be. Not of our whole life, for instance, for that would be to be born a slave--not even of a very large portion of it. Both statements were maid by:

When You're Looking For The Easy Money
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It appears that you guys think I am obsessed. But, that is not the real issue. The real issue is the chart, above, that you hate for me to post, over, and over, and over, and over, again. Control freaks tend to want to control people, and will stop at nothing in the range of personal man slaughter to keep control of other people. You guys are saying, to me, that I have an obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD). Here's an excerpt from: http://www.scienceclarified.com › Mu-Oi "People who are overt perfectionists or are rigidly controlling may be suffering from obsessive -

"He who seeks for approval only from without has all his happiness in another's keeping." ~ Oliver Goldsmith Cows don't deny facts, they don't know how. But, people have to devote a lot of energy to deny facts, and stick up for their emotions. This self-destructive determination to protect our emotional feelings, is a never-ending source of amazement to me. I can't help being awed by the tragic enormity of the wealth chart, above. Stop cowing! I don't mean change the "w" to an double "n", and start conning. This country can't stand any more of that BS. I mean, start U-N-D-E-R-S-T-A-N- -
When You're Looking For The Easy Money
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The people who are looking for easy money, and who are the most despicable, PSD, are the con's; NOT THE COW'S. Con's don't work hard, but they are going to start having to, because the cows are going to stop cowing. As for as working hard, the people looking for easy money are going have too start pillaging harder. I just can't see how 50% of the people, in this country, can be living on the teat, because the government is not on their side. Lobbyist's don't lobby for that 50%, and they don't lobby for the 90%. Lobbyist's lobby for the 91% and above. The 50% you are referring to don't vote -
Rich people love for you to follow the crowd. If you don't follow the crowd it's to much trouble for them. Rich people might even cut gasoline prices in an effort to gather a dedicated crowd, when they think the crowd is getting separated. And, it works. If you don't think so we just had an example, at cross roads Kroger, a few days ago. I stopped by, and I couldn't even buy gasoline there, I had to go to the Kroger at 278 & 61. I'm not saying Kroger is rich, but that's the way it works. Rich people don't want no trouble. I'm surprised they even let me stay alive. Because, I am tro

If your life chain has held you back it's because you didn't command it well enough. You have to be in command, or the chain want do what you want it to do. You've learned your roll from your roll models. Your chain has been has been laid on you with a lot of pounding and hammering. It's been shaping your personality and self-concept. It may be that all of the hammering and pounding and shaping took place without your awareness. You may not, until now, realized that you had a choice. You can command that chain, and make it work for you, just like the chain of command in a fortune 500 comp

My 4 year old son's Me-maw came to visit. He and her was outside together. His Me-maw looked up at the sky and said, "Kirt, It's gonna pore down dreckly." After they cam inside it started raining. Kirt looked out the window and said, "Me-maw, It's raining, but I don't see no dreckly." -

I really am glad you got to do that experience. I have wanted to go there all my life, but I have not been. It's my own fault though. I have always tried to do things on the basis of need, so even if I wanted to go, I figured I really didn't need to. I would like to see some 50 degree weather, around here, but that will come soon enough. I'm not a fruddy-dud, but I am in the bottom 50% of us, even though it's 1% below the Upper 50%. I'm about mid way of the group that has 26% of the wealth in this country, but only about the middle of that. I suppose about the 13% group. That puts me -

Thanks, mei lan! I'm glad you like it. Most people couldn't care less., especially the 50% of us at the bottom. And, the only reason the 50% at the top cares, is because they are afraid something will slip to the bottom half. How was your week out west, other than missing this facts char? -

I even like the goblins, the hay rides, the get close to your family and friends without sweating. Being able to dance outside, no matter how much you want to, without a heat strike. I installed a swing in our yard, last fall, and I am going to be doing a lot of, just-uh-swingin, this fall.

My Conversations With Myself Are The Best

I know I talk about UNDERSTANDING, a lot, but it's because it is important to our chain of life. Where some of us work there is a chain of command, and we find that out on the first day, which is an understanding we must catch onto very quickly. We have to be a participant within that chain of command or we are out of there, because if not there would be a bottle neck in the company's chain of command, and it could even result in a "chain of command lockdowm." The topic is about talking to ourselves. That means, (just like the work chain of command) we have a "life chain of command." We da -

While we are on the subject of ethics; what kind of ethics do we have as a people who governs our own society. I'm sure that there are many who will disagree with that idea. But, we vote for our representatives. Even if we don't vote; that is also a vote. This is a free country, and we all have that right. Whether or not we use our rights depends on us. Representation is everywhere. Lobbyists represent corporations, and a lot of money goes to representatives of the people, which is us. If money doesn't play a large part in the welfare of this country then how do you explain this 2007 -
You are going to see more wood smoke, LPPT! I'm burning wood this fall, and winter. I have five acres of hardwood trees, and I just bought a new chain saw, and wood spliter.

As for as helping other people, it can't be done by all the sympathy in the world.I wish I could, but I can't. If I give a dope head money, he/she will probably buy more dope. Charles de Gaulle said it best: "Faced with crisis, the man of character falls back on himself." What did Subby do? We know Subby fell back on himself, because we saw it first hand. My best friend is not far from having a character just like Subby has. He can't play a musical instrument wort a crap, however, where Subby can play one like Eddie (Eddie Van Halen). Google Eddie Van Halen, on You Tube. -
