Any person, under custody of police, should be in the safest environment in the country. I know that someone, who has served in our military, should especially be safe. It seems to me that being insured is cheaper for everyone. Who pays for the people who are uninsured when they go to the hospital and can't afford it, and can't afford to pay the doctor too?
