Expanding patio and covering with a roof - WHO?

It pays, really well, to be able to visualize what it will take to do what you want done. And, then visualize the materials it will take. You then go onto Low's, and Home Depot's, website, and check all the prices, because tou know what it will take, and how much of each item you will need. It's better to over estimate, because you can save your receipt, and take back what you don't use. I am a do it yourselfer, but will hire someone to help me. The thing is, you can get a good carpenter and do all the contracting yourself. A contractor makes more money than a carpenter. It's that sim -
Sometimes things get fishy, and it takes good vigilance to identify the real picture.

Good question, M-J! Film, and vigilance, are the way to keep tabs on public funding going in the wrong direction. As much as private banks charge citizens for their services, they should be paying for the officer's time, which should be off duty to tax paying citizens.

Is the man who took the video in danger? Should he fear for his life? https://youtu.be/ZQIgWSUPsrQ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Can telling the truth, no matter how you do it, with words, or pictures, be dangers? I often wonder how Dale Russel gets away with so much truth searching, and then broadcasting what he finds. Is it because of the publicity it would cause, if someone took enough offence to do something against Dale Russel? In fact, do people put me on ignore for the truths I tell, or is it

What about you? When confronted with stress, and demand; do you panic, lose your train of good thought, or fall apart? I'll add to this later. Someone is at the door. Okay, I'm back! I have noticed that some people run, and perceive the cause of a crises to be overwhelming, and impossible to handle. Well, I think that can even get you shot in the back. Nevertheless, there are people who say to themselves, "This is an opportunity for me to shine." Some people are very peculiar in the way they will ignore important things, and make terrible mistakes in the process. In

It is definitely a good thing, low! We must not forget, however, how these things can be taken advantage of through favoritism. Douglas county created an example that goes on more than tax payers think. I know you want good law enforcement, and I do too, but sometimes, and more often than it comes to public awareness, favoritism can cost hell out of tax paying citizens. http://www.myfoxorlando.com/story/22268776/i-team-douglas-co-da

I think it's a matter of ethics. Abuse of a good thing, which is like E Z explained, can always cost tax payers extra taxes without the benefits E Z also explained. People strongly disagree with me that cops abide by the Blue Code of Silence, when it comes to their benefits, and their loyalty to other officers. Tax payers must use eternal vigilance, because there is just no two ways about it.

The real problem is the error's are deliberate. Prosecutors do just that prosecute, and a lot of the time they take the easiest rout, even when an innocent life is being snuffed out.

Year, I have allow my PM abilities to get loaded up. I am spending more time on other projects, and not taking time to clear old messages out oh my box. I may get to that next week. In the meantime, good luck on your porch project. -
I wish I lived closer by, low! I miss coming by to see you, now and then! But, otherwise I am so very happy to get away from Paulding county.

Expanding patio and covering with a roof - WHO?

Me being 6'3" tall , I only have about 6" above my head. That's because I kept the roof thin, by use of 2x4, which I put on 12" centers, for strength. At the point where the porches go out into the yard I used 6x6 post's with six 12ft. 2x4's glued and nailed together for the beam. I only have a 3-12 pitch, but it works well for the porch span's. The roofing material is a light weight corrugated cellulose, which I purchased from Lowe's http://www.lowes.com/pd_12749-1115-153_4294806362__?productId=3010612&Ns=p_product_qty_sales_dollar|1&pl=1¤tURL=%3FNs%3Dp_product_qty_s -
Jaywalking Is Not Against The Law For Some People
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I understand that, oscar, but if my input is added to the respect that cops get on P.com then there would be no spokes person for the killers in the midst of good and decent law enforcement. You may not see a problem with millions of misfortunes brought about by the very people who are supposed to uphold the law. You claim you would never disrespect a law enforcement officer, but there are times when I will, and I have posted the times when I will. You may not see a problem, but I do. Expanding patio and covering with a roof - WHO?

I think you are going to like your porch, MS! I did one on the front, and back, here at my house. We just had patios, and I added special roof's, because I didn't want to frame onto the house. I connected them to the house, but under the overhang. I don't have room for ceiling fan's, but that's okay. We stay out of the rain. BTW, I'm planning a Gazebo for the back yard, at some point. And, I want it high enough for a giant ceiling fan. -
I hope that lake doesn't rise up to far, low! BTW - How's the ducks, and is the Swan still hanging around?

I think someone else's opinion is great, when hiring someone to work on your house. But, getting estimates is better than all the opinions from others. I talk to several people who gives estimates, before making any decisions. And, it matters very much what they say, how they act, and a lot of my other decision making needs, before I let them start work. When I was a young man I built several houses from the ground up. So I still use that knowledge to get work done. -
I started off using water from my rain barrels, but my barrels are running over, now! But, my garden is doing fine, because it's a little above level, and my rain run off goes around it. I have been gutting wet grass for several weeks. That is my problem.

But, I was enjoying my conversation, with you, oscar! Just because I disagree doesn't mean I disrespect you, in any way. There are a lot of people who's point of view is exactly like yours. I don't claim to be right more than 50% of the time when I am communicating with other people. In reality, I appreciate your opinion. If people don't talk, how will anyone ever understand other people, outside their own belief system. We are all products of our learned history. Some of us still use obsolete thinking in a changed demographic. -

I don't go away from my own topic, Mam! Who do you think you are? A cop will kill you quicker that someone you want to get out of your house. You are so perfect in your respect for the law, you would not make a mistake like this woman did, https://youtu.be/xMOowf6-r9k -

You take care of your rights, as you see fit, oscar! And, I will take care of my rights as I see fit. You are probably right about allowing a cop to disrespect you with no repercussion. You may ask how you can help him, and he could say that you are obviously drunk, and to get walking. But, he can't treat me that way without repercussion. I apologize for my confusion, Mam! -

Your point of view tells you that a cop can disrespect people's rights. You have no idea, Sir, that I and all my fellow citizens have just as much right for respect as a cop does does. Filming, in my opinion, is not about idiots doing things, People have freedom to film, and unless they are in violation of some law, it's none of anyone else's business. The cop walked up to the man, and the man politely asked how he could help him, and the cop said, "you're obviously drunk." The mad disagreed, and he had every right to disagree. Your opinion that the man was an ASS, is not my opinion, -

I would, because I am not as young as that cop. But, the little SOB would know he said the wrong thing to me. Of course, you would piss on your tail, because it would be between your legs, oscar! In my book elders deserves as much respect as anyone else. People don't walk up to me and and accuse me of being drunk, when I'm not, and telling me to get walking, Sir! Simple minded people, who would not demand the same respect from others as they give, are the cowardly people oscer; not me!
