I am inclined to think that a 1:6 ratio, within an educated group of city council persons, means something more than what you think it means. I simply cannot discount that many educated decisions without seeing, and hearing all the allegations. The Sheriff of Douglas county has discounted the fact that there is a 1:6 ratio among the Doulasville city council who sees it differently. It seams he's trowing weight around a little carelessly, unless he knows more than the 6 other educated people knows. I suppose all of them has heard, and seen more evidence that I have, but relying on educated

It's certainly better for people to pay their own medical bills, in some less covert way than medical bills were paid before the ACA. Before, the reimbursement to doctors, and hospitals came out of your pocket, mine, and everyone else's in this country, who paid taxes. Now people either have insurance, or they pay in another way. But, it comes out of their pocket. With that said, however, expanded medicaid will help those who cannot pay. People who pay the fines are helping the people with insurance, instead of the tax payers doing it. One thing about the Affordable Care Act is cl

Heavily armed drug cops raid retiree’s garden

The man was just growing an okra plant, on his own property, Greatma! If that wasn't behaving himself, what is? He's lucky he wasn't black, with an okra plant that big in his yard. -

Ask the back shooting cops, Greatma! I'm wondering about that same thing. -
So, nothing was changed? Excuse me S & D's N, but damned is that ain't a joke! Speculating seems to be your best asset, EZ!

Police Response to Open Carry: Black vs White

Nevertheless, people do openly carry, E ! The subject here is not about whether it should be done, but rather what group of the citizenship, here in the States, are subject to more scrutiny. And, you say there is no pattern of the scrutney being higher for black people. -
Douglas county Sheriff Phil Miller thinks Chris Womack was just doing his job, despite 6 out of 7 members of the Douglasville City council's vote to suspend Mr. Womack. The alleged offense was about excessive force being used in an arrest of a black man. I can't find many details about this incident, as there is an on going investigation. But, it seems, to me, that 6 people, who are up standing citizens, capable enough to sit on Douglasville's city council are smart enough to make good decisions. What is this Sheriff thinking?

It is dangerous as hell, in my book, on us senior citizens, around here, LPPT! If he had been a black man he might have been shot in the back. -
In any event, something was done about our health care. The fact that people can now get health care healthcare insurance, no matter where they work, nor who they work for, is great. It was too late for, and I am paying more, now, so that benefit can go to my fellow Americans. I always hated for my employer to be able to get my damn healthcare insurance cheaper than I could get my own. I kept one job I had, for years, and put up with a sheeze head boss just for my healthcare insurance.

I can't see the difference you are trying to convey, The law is the law, no matter what cop or department handles it. You are speculating. I agree that guns should be concealed, however! -

I don't think different methods should exist, for open carry, no matter which cop or which department is involved. It's very clear that because the man was black he was treated differently by a law enforcement officer. Explaining things away is a cop skill. -

Cherry picking is fine, cmorg, so or anyone else is welcome to do that. But, I don't see where Pubby was specifying that circumstance. . -
Be careful what color your drink is. And if you smell bacon, keep your mouth shut. https://youtu.be/VY4HObQw5Go

Yes, and the reason's are different, too, S & D's N! Your employer wanted you at work; not nursing your foot. I just like to pay more so everyone can have insurance. I will give up part of my Social Security check to do just that. I love my fellow American's. You are a very good person, S & D's N, and I like you, a lot. We just see things a little differently,

The difference is, S & D's N, your employer cares less about your foot, or your knee, than the ACA, does. Your foot episode was just before Harry & Louise spent $14 to $20 million on TV ads to stop any health care changes. BTW, I hope your foot is better, because that is exactly what happened to me, a few years back. I had broken my Jones bone, the doctor said. It took a long time to heal. He said the Jones bone is the worst bone to break. Jones Fracture - Foot Vitals

Some people just ain't seen nothing, YET, jenilyn! The reason why is because they hide their eyes. https://youtu.be/7miRCLeFSJo -
You are 100% correct, woman! I love it when a woman tells it like it "I S" is. The first person to publicly advocate changing medical care, in this country, was a woman. I remember it, clearly. It was the Health Security act, of 1993. You know the rest of the story, LPPT! Hairy and Louise brought it to a halt. "Harry and Louise"

Gun rights advocates are like the people in this video. There is a difference in who the gun rights are far. Even the owners of gun producers are probably white. https://youtu.be/bD61YFxUga4 -

It's just different, Pubby, no matter how it is explained by cops. Justice for blacks is different from justice for whites. A couple days ago in Zion, Illinois a 17-year-old boy was justifiably shot twice in the back Investigators found a gun on the scene. It was probably a throw down. Witnesses say they saw no gun. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB4QqQIwAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nbcchicago.com%2Fnews%2Flocal%2FAttorney-to-Release-Findings-After-Teen-Shot-by-Police-Officer-in-Zion-303719521 -

You would have made a good Roman, back in the days of their Empire, yathink! Marcus Crassus would have thought so! https://youtu.be/i8KeIWyIhNg Romans were back stabbers like many American's, in Law Enforcement, are. -
If you want something screwed up, ABR, leave it to corporate lobbying the government for profit. The government profits from the lobbyists, and corporations profit from the favoritism they win from government.

Results will be the answer to those what if's, and will be's, you mention. Results are what are answering the past what if's, and will be's, about the ACA. Here is what I'm talking about, after 5 years. After about 10 years we will see your presumptions answered. https://youtu.be/wMuXcuudvCc

What TP drinks is not the observable condition as to what reality exist's in the ACA's program. Better insurance, for everyone, will cost everyone a premium. Paying covert premiums, which was the way doctors and hospitals used to get reimbursed for their services, means there are to many under cover activities for the American people to ponder. Having insurance, itself, to pay things that was once covertly paid, is a better system. I gladly pay more money for insurance that I can honestly call insurance, instead of insurance that must rely on covert sources in order to fund medical care.
