You're right, we won't agree... I believe the decline was a result of MANY different errors in moderation. If you are going to enforce rules, make them consistent. I remember a long time ago Pubby forced all of our posts into Paulding Place so that new visitors wouldn't be exposed immediately to the crazy way we acted sometimes. Ah, I didn't think about just opening up under another name because I was thinking that they could garnish the bank account. So... Why doesn't the booster club just file bankruptcy? Can that be done? It's not a person, it's an entity so it should be reasonable that they can file, right? Then the bank is screwed for doing something they should have never done.

Another thumbs up here... He did a few nitpicky items that would have been expensive separately for a home inspector that was trying desperately to find something wrong with our house we were selling. He took care of the few issues in about an hour and the inspector was pleased with all the repairs.
