Thank you! I will call her when I go to lunch at 1! -
I think there is a member who works there and I need some information but can't find her number on p.com and some of the posts I read say to go through her instead of the call center number. And the posts I saw were old so I am not even sure if she is there anymore....

I'll be happy to share with you the timeline. I think you at very out of touch with reality in building. I have built four houses, yes FOUR. All were trees and dirt and they have all taken just over three months and I am realistic enough to know that two extra months may be needed. How many houses have you built? Remodels aren't the same. MODS can you please close this topic, this has gone way off the track it should have been....

Sorry, didn't.mean to confuse you, we know 2 months isn't reasonable, we have two months before we are having to be out so we are needing a two to possibly four month solution for the interim. We qualify to start the house even though ours hasn't sold, so the process starts with the builder meeting today. I feel like that is going to a realistic time frame and hard to obtain but some possibilities are coming to light! Sorry, it is not in the school district we need. And the zillow prices are all over the board crazy! LOL Thanks, I will go check it now. actually most buil

I can't really get why you feel like we are in some fantasy land about timing. We are very much acknowledging everything wii take 4 to 6 months since all 3 builders are telling us this and this is with a start delay due to us being in line behind two others in one case. Every single house I have moved to (four) have been custom built starting from the dirt only and not one single house has taken over four months. So, we are anticipating four months, preparing for six. AND then there were waiting lines for inspections, permits, etc. so again, I appreciate the advice but the continued sta

Have you cut the Home Phone cord

We can fax with the Ooma service. -
Thanks! We dont intend on settling, we know the house we want is all over paulding, it is just not currently for sale. Probably because they are going to have to face the reality of pricing in this market. If we have to deal with the inconvenience of building, we will do it, it is just overwhelming to think about the chaos of he next several months!

We have had ooma for almost a year, love it! -
Yeah we do have the lot picked out and have negotiated the price on one, just have to get the bank to approve it. We have also already walked the lots with the builder and reviewed the plans, so we are set other than the bank approving the particulars which should be a week or two. The plan is pretty much our dream home, a ranch on a full basement. We also have the plans, they just have to be picked up... We already built this house and thought it was great, our tastes are very similar.

We did not expect it to sell as fast as it did. We wanted to build a new house but it will leave us homeless for about two months and finding a solution is possible, but won't be easy. We tried finding a re sale but we are really picky and nothing is looking great so far... So I figured it wouldn't hurt to throw out there what we are looking for and give it a shot.... So here is our wish / need list. Ranch home preferred, will consider master on main. Full basement a must, finished or unfinished is irrelevant.Minimum of four bedrooms and all must be decent in size.East Paulding District

We use Orthozone and after almost a year we are pleased, we haven't seen the final product but can tell a big difference already. They did not pull any teeth on our teen, they said it wasn't needed I believe... But CE is right, expect round $5k by shopping them around and getting them to come down to match. I think there was a payment plan but honestly don't remember, we were double insured so it took care of most of it. All of the ones we took our daughter too were contenders except one, can't remember which though. Good luck.

It also looks like the car could have turned left in front of the bus and the bus clipped the back corner.

PM Jenilyn on here, I can't say the name of the company because I do not think they are advertisers but they did an amazing job on my Mom's yard last fall. Her yard was in BAD shape from a huge old tree destroying the lawn and now it looks fantastic! As a matter of fact, he is coming to my house this week to quote on some work. Good luck.
