  2. From Paulding 911 Communications Center Paulding County E911 advises you to AVOID Hwy 61 at Cochran Rd due to a current traffic issue. A vehicle crash at Hwy 61 and Cochran Rd has closed both lanes and will require a detour of traffic for the next hour.
  3. They were at one time,but, changed to being open Tuesdays - Saturdays, a good while back, perhaps more than a year or so ago....

  7. Both my mother and stepfather are recovering from strokes and have limited mobility, physically. They did the early voting, as they didn't want to be in line on Election Day, due to their health. We took them, as they're not able to drive, and needed assistance in physically getting around...... However, they did exercise "the priviledge of voting," and I appreciate their efforts.

  12. Just had my 1st Trick or Treater.....little girl, maybe 3...her first Trick or Treat, and her parents had to take pics of her getting the candy!!
  13. I'm in a subdivision -- doesn't bother me.....when the candy is gone, it's gone.....Porch lights go off, end of subject. Now, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, this happens to....When the Porch Lights are off, that means NO CANDY....So, please don't come knocking / ringing the door bell!!

  17. I can relate -- try getting home from Ashford-Dunwoody to Dallas....on Halloween....pardon the expression, that was a scary commute on Halloween.....
  18. Hershey bars, Reeses Cups, Almond Joys, etc. -- when the candy runs out, the porch light goes off... Living in a subdivision, it seems like "we get hit" with more kids than the ones that live in the subdivision...
