  1. Interesting web-site.

For Armymom: several of the returned tags are from 1st Cav.

These stories gave me chills. I hope they are able to find the remaining few. It is so awesome that they bought those tags, and are doing the right thing with them. God Bless them.

  2. I used them also.  The guy was very nice, but I thought that by the way their flyers looked I would see a nice van with Kiwi Services on the side of the van.

The driver drives his own vehicle.  He is a subcontractor with Kiwi Services.  He did not move small furniture that the flyer stated would be moved.  I went room to room with him because I have small children that wanted to watch.  That was a blessing in disguise.  I was able to say are you going to move that, will you spray extra spray on that, etc, etc, etc.

He cleaned the carpet but that is all.  I don't have a flyer in front of me, but I think he said that they rake the carpets.  I did not have the carpet raked or vacuumed.

    Would I re-use them?  No

OMG! I bet that is the same guy!! My hubby was home when he came. He drove an older catty, I think his name was Eric. He did not rake or vacuum our carpets either, nor did he leave the bottle of spot cleaner that is suppose to come with the cleanings. He also did not move the furniture. My hubby said all he did was use this buffer looking thing on the carpet. He really, really did a lousey job. Does this sound like the same person????

  3. In my experience, most professional carpet cleaners are unreliable at best.

I'd rather rent a cleaner and do it myself.

My sis and mom always use Stanley and are very pleased with them. I am wishing I would have used Stanley also :(

I think the next time I decide the carpets need cleaning I will rent one...I am sure it will cost less than the 160 I dropped on Kiwi. Heck, I probably could have just about bought a carpet cleaner

P.S. can you believe I agreed with you on something :p

  4. I am not familiar with them.  I would try to talk to the owner  or corporate office.  I am so sorry you had a bad experience.  Thank you for sharing it here though.  I will never use them.  Good luck in trying to get a resolution!!

I have emailed corp. and also tried to get management on the phone, but they keep telling me that no one else is available to speak to me. When I ask for numbers to other departments, i.e. the refund department they tell me that there is not a line you can call in on.

I will give them 24 more hours and then I think I will contact the Ga. Better Business Bureau and the Governor's office of Consumer Affairs.

  5. Hi, all. Just wondering if any of you have had this problem or are familiar with this company. Last week I scheduled a carpet cleaning with Kiwi Services. I got home the day of the cleaning and my carpet looked horrible. It was matted down and there was debris in all the rooms I had cleaned. I called Kiwi Services, spoke to a customer service representative and scheduled a reclean for the next afternoon. Got home the next afternoon and the tech. had never shown up, so my carpets did not get "re-cleaned". Again called Kiwi, went around and around with the c.s. rep. She again requested that they be given the opportunity to reclean. I had company coming over the next afternoon, so I agreed, but adamently expressed that if the tech did not show, or if I was not pleased, I would be calling for a refund. Well, guess what, the tech did not show up the next day either. So I called and demanded a refund. Needless to say, I am still going 'round and 'round with Kiwi. A supervisor actually just told me that they are sending me a request for another re-clean in the mail and basically, before they will refund I have to give them the chance to reclean----

    Can ya'll believe this!!!!

To make matters worse, my payment to them has cleared the bank, so I just don't know what to do.....any suggestions.....have any of you heard of Kiwi Services, had experiences with them????

Please any advice, help, anything is welcomed!!!!!

  6. Jamie---I use Kimberly Mularoni at Kennestone Wellstar Pediatrics. She is GREAT!!! With Chandler's cyst, I was very cautious about what pediatrician we used; I have been 100% pleased with Dr. Mularoni. As a sidenote, she replaced Dr. Ed Vaughn when he started his retirement---he is a legend in Cobb.

  7. My sis has a lot of little girl clothes for sale. All have been very, very well taken care of. Most are from Old Navy, Children's Place, and Dillard's. Pieces include jeans, shirts, sets, and dresses. She also has some DKNY items available. Also, many pair of shoes available in the same size ranges; some have never been worn!! I do not have pictures of the clothes right now, but I am willing to take pictures and email them to those who are serious about buying. If you are interested or would like more information, please "pm" me.

  8. I have not watched N/T since the season premier (long story) anyway, can someone catch me up and what all is happening???? I did see about the last 15 minutes of Sunday's episode, but that is all.

  9. Dr. Giles is not with Marietta OB/GYN any longer. I use Marietta, and absolutely love Dr. Tagethcian (Dr. T)---she is very sweet. Dr. Bauer is also also, he delivered Chandler. But if you perfer a female, most definitely use Dr. T

  11. Hello all:

I have a special request for today and tomorrow...please pray for Gage. Gage is an 8 year old boy with an arachnoid cyst. Gage will be having surgery to fenestrate the cyst tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. central time.

I know that your prayers really help Chad and I together when Chandler underwent surgery. I have faith that your prayers will provide the same comfort for Gage and his parents.

As always, thank you all for your support and prayers.

  12. I really, really envy you. I feel like I am missing out on so much of Chandler's life. He is very happy at MMO and love's his sister, but I still miss him so much.

Maybe you can try some other alternative if you are not finanically pressed, such as volunteer work or something of that nature.

    Good luck :)

  13. In the end, I believe that Every Knee Shall Bow and Every Tounge Confess that Jesus is Lord. Some will do so with great joy, knowing that when they lived, they believed and accepted Jesus as their Savior. Unfortunatly, others will do so with great sorrow, knowing that everything they needed to know was right in front of them while they lived but they chose to ignore it. They will know that they will spend eternity separated from Jesus in a place made for fallen angels.

My beliefs exactly. I hope everyone will reflect on this for a moment.
