8 + 7 + 9 + 3 = 27
There are 8 letters in one name
7 in another
9 in another
and 3 in one
If I am right that means that I have two of the members right---the 8 and 3. Anyone want to team up? Maybe we can share the membership or something.

I was wondering the same.
I think I have two, possibly three of the names. I really wanted to win, but now I just want to see who they are?!?!?!?!?!?!

Is it really??? I kept thinking, "wow, that look's like dookey wearing a santa hat" then I would lean in closer and closer and think, "surely, not"...but I guess in this case, first impressions are right

I keep trying to look closer and closer...is your avatar a big turd (sp) wearing a santa hat??
BTW, I hate that word and I know it is soo juvenile, but I just couldn't think of another word

TnT--I wish I had the words to comfort you. I will pray that the Holy Spirit provide you the comfort and strength you need right now. You and your son are an inspiration to me and so many others. May God Bless and Comfort you.
Yours in prayer,
Chanda

Use your mouse to move the red square around and not hit the edge or let the moving objects hit you. Good Luck.

THanks for the advice, honestly that is what I was planning on doing....nothing is ever good enough for them. We (my family) are the black sheep of his side of the family. Nothing we have ever done has been good enough.
But, thanks---and my son is already felling better ((for now at least))
Now wait a minute, do we share a husband, because we definitely seem to be sharing the same in-laws If so, I will forfeit my husband to you just so I don't have to deal with his family
Anyway, on the better side of things, I hope you little one starts feeling better soon. Everytime you monster, I mean mother in law or the other out, I mean inlaws start getting on your nerves, just look at your children and smile---they are what matters :-) Also, a little hint--kids are a good excuse to leave the room or conversation. Oh, sorry, but I have to go check on little tommy, oh, excuse, but little sally needs mommy...oh, I am so sorry, with these three children, I never have a second to sit and visit (thank goodness) :-)

Yep, that's the thread, thank you for posting it. Unfortunately, I still have not received the refund :-(
All rather discouraging.

Just had to add that my neighbor just used them and was totally satisfied....
Please tell me what the problem was because I was going to call them...
I scheduled a cleaning for October 20th, came home following the cleaning, and my carpets looked awful---actually worse than before the cleaning. The carpets were matted down and there were huge pieces of debris in the floor. I called Kiwi about the cleaning, and requested that the carpet be re-cleaned. I scheduled another cleaning for October 21st, when I arrived home Kiwi had not shown for the re-clean. I called to request a refund. The customer service person requested that I give them one more chance. I had company coming over on the 22nd, so I agreed. Kiwi agreed to have someone out between 8:a.m. and noon on the 22nd---no one showed! I called around 2:00 p.m. again to request a refund. The customer service rep was ruded and agrumentative. She stated that I had to give Kiwi a chance to re-clean before they would refund the $156 I spent for the cleaning. I stated they had been given 2 chances, and did not honor their committments. Also, I should add that Kiwi Service had three possible numbers to contact me at incase they were not able to meet the schedule appointment time, however, they neglected to call me at any time to let me know that would not be making the appointment time.
Anyway, I called Kiwi again several times the week of October 24th. Finally, on October 26th, after SEVERAL calls Kiwi agreed to refund my money. I received a letter on Nov. 18th that my refund was approved and that I would be receiving it soon. Well, it has now been over a month since I received the letter, and more than 7 weeks, since Kiwi agreed to refund my money, and still I have not received my refund!!
I have called at least once a week for the past three weeks. Each time I call, a customer service rep. takes a message and says a manager or someone in accounting will return my call. However, no one ever returns my call.
So this is my experience with Kiwi. Take it as you may, but I know I will NEVER use them again.
Also, does anyway have any advice about what I should do now??

Nice to meet you too!
And no - it's not too late. We could hook up tomorrow. Just call BigCat.
PS - Guess I'm officially outed.
Oh no!! Was it a secret???? I am sorry!!! I didn't know---I am such an airhead. I will not reveal the "true" identities :-)
-
Exactly. I was thinking you could ask for one of those people listed on the BBB report...the higher-ups.
OMG!!! Big Cat just emailed me...how funny, this is Chanda---nice to meet you :-)
BTW, I did not bring the coat and blankets by last weekend. I totally forgot, is it too late? If not, I can bring them by tomorrow.
Oh, and thank you for your help. I will have to tell you and BigCat the whole story later.

Looks like they have had other complaints.
I am still waiting on my call back.
-
Oh, no fears--- I am definitely going to report them.
Right now, I am just wanting some answers and of course my money.
But again, this has turned into a battle of just doing what is right.
BTW---pubby, in your wsdom, nothing I have typed on the site is libel is it?? I am being careful to just share facts and my experience....well, and I am also soliciting public support :-)
