How long does it take to get passports?

I just got a new cell phone. Yesterday was the 2nd day I had service and last night I got a text saying jeremyS accepted my friend request on LOOPT. Jeremy did get the phone for me and added me to his Metro PCS account, but he was asleep when I got this text. and he had never heard of LOOPT. I looked at the app on my phone for LOOPT. This thing knew where I was. It showed me the cross roads at which I live at, Jeremy was my only friend. It knew his age but didnt show where his location was.. so he deleted the app from my phone. (I hope) He looked in his phone and he doesn't have that app
