I did post about it way back, but with all the activity around the flooding, it sort of got forgotten, and buried in the community chest. I had thought of resurrecting it, but wasn't sure with all the other devastation in Paulding whether people would be receptive, so I've waited. Since you mentioned it, I will try to reschedule time to come down and do this (perhaps later in October), since we are not full-time there yet. Froggie has a meeting this week, but I do not know what will become of that at this time and I can't go into much detail right now.

We welcome ideas for employment. I have extensive experience in church work (administration, finance and supporting the development/stewardship departments), sales and non-profits. I am interested in non-profit, churches, foundations, universities or work in staffing/recruiting. Froggie is in the facilities/custodial field and has managed crews and worked in quality control as well as hands on work. Would love ideas/connections/networking ideas.

I will say that if your ex is in the state of GA it will be much easier than if he is getting paid under the table and living in another state.

I believe if you know where he is that a minimum amount can be established for support even if he says he has no job. I know two people who have had to pay even without jobs---one is in prison and the other is actually unemployed but was given a minimum amount to pay. Good luck!

it seems I made it out just in time... literally my mom's yard is completely flooded. She got scared last night that she was going to be stranded and she is partially disabled. She called 911 and they said they sent 8 units before they actually got someone to her. They then had to walk down the road to her and ended up telling her she was better off to stay put because so many roads were flooded.
