Cartersville Gardens off Old Mill is where I'd go. Everything is super close. I'm guessing they might be section 8 apartments and have no idea of the cost, but for a cheap place these look decent. I've seen rough stuff before and these don't look bad at all (no bars over the windows and the area is covered in grass - good signs). Many employers within a few minutes walking distance. As well as schools, some private that may have scholarships. I'd take it all day over Hiram. I believe Cartersville high school is ranked very high.....can't say that about anything in Hiram.

The "victim" was a POS anyway. Run from the police and you might get shot. Easy fix - follow the law and don't run from the police. I believe the officer was retired from a department with years of experience. Old people get confused sometimes.

I didn't see the updates until I saw this post. It is what the site, and Paulding, needs. Would like to see it more focussed on Paulding though. Good work Pubby.
