Personally, I don't think he lied. I think he did meet with Westmoreland, but not the same timeline he's stating. I think he was offered entry into West Point. And yes, he was young at the time. My problem is, he wrote the book years later and he should have done his research. He should have checked his timeline when meeting with Westmoreland, and he should have checked "scholarships" at West Point and found they don't exist. I'm only speaking from the expierence I've had with BC/BS PPO and Aetna PPO. A co-pay is what you pay for each doctor visit. It doesn't go toward the deductible. Laurie, co-pays do not go towards your deductible. That's just something you pay at the time of a doctor visit. On my BC/BS my co-pay was $20 for doctor visits.
