In the interview she says she hadn't seen the children in 2 years. She didn't know for 2 days that he had died. She said the father was a violent man and he abused her for 5 years and she left him and left the children with him. There were several family members interviewed and although they said it was sad, not one of them shed a tear. Not even the mother. You know, my children were the most important thing to me and it was my job to protect them. I understand a lot of men are violent, but I would have found a way to get ALL of us out. I would NOT have left my children with a wild a

FOX5 News is coming on and supposedly the mother is speaking. They said he was beaten for bad grades.

According to the FOX5 PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. - Officials with the Paulding County Sheriff's Office have arrested a man accused of beating his 12-year-old son to death. "The male juvenile, who had multiple bruises, bite marks, lacerations, and other marks that are consistent with physical abuse, appeared to have endured abuse for quite some time," Cpl. Ashley Henson with the Paulding County Sheriff's Office said in an emailed statement. It could be the female child was younger, they didn't say much about her. A female juvenile that lived at the home was taken into

I honestly don't see how it's stayed open the last 10 years...............I never go there and when I have, I wondered to myself why I wasted my time. It's literally been years, however, when I read the article about the stores closing in the Metro area, Hiram was not mentioned.

Is there an official announcement for the Hiram store?

The news said there was evidence of prior abuse, I wonder if anyone saw it................. What a scared little boy he must have been A long process of torture would be better for this man. And then death.

I never heard of it, so I looked it up. It sounds awful and possibly dangerous. Hope you well soon, and get to feeling better. -
If there was a mother, she's just as guilty!! Somebody needs to beat him to death.
-
I think you're right.
-
He looks like a mad pitt bull. Maybe he'll get the death penalty. Just about every day I think of all the children that are treated cruelly, as well as beaten. With all the crazy, drugged parents out there we have a generation of abused, negelected children.

No angst here. I'm proud of my Indian heritage and I'm not offended at all by teams using anything Indian as their name or mascot. Heck, I went to high school that was Home of the Indians, McEachern. And if you're from around here, most people should remember Chief Noc-A-Homa! Chief Noc-A-Homa was the original mascot of the Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves from 1950s until 1986. The name was used for the "screaming Indian" sleeve patch worn on Braves jerseys. From at least the early 1960s, while still in Milwaukee County Stadium, until the early 1980s at Atlanta's Fulton County

Because this place was covered up with Cherokee and Creek. The Cherokee Nation is right up I-75 at Calhoun and Resaca. Oh, and my maternal great grandmother was full Cherokee and my paternal great grandmother was half. We all have a little Indian in us if we're from here. New Echota was the capital of the Cherokee Nation from 1825 to their forced removal in the 1830s. New Echota is 3.68 miles north of present-day Calhoun, Georgia, and south of Resaca, Georgia. The site is a state park and an historic site, and is designated as a National Historic Landmark.

I do spend a lot of time sending e-mails to our representatives. For what it's worth.

I used to drink apple cider vinegar with honey and water years ago. Apple cider vinegar is good for several things, but supposedly helps with Type 2 diabetes. So does cinnamon. When it comes to herbs, folks really need to be careful and do a lot of research. Some herbs can be dangerous, especially when mixed with others. Strange as it might seem, including some vinegar in your diet may improve your blood sugar. Although vinegar has a bit of a checkered past — it has too often been hyped in weight-loss diets and miracle cures — solid research has clearly shown that it ca

People forget quickly. Others are hard party line folks and wouldn't think of voting any other way than their "party". I'm willing to throw my vote away and vote against every incumbent on the ballot. I've done it before, but it's been years.............and the sad thing is it won't change a thing.

People that are hungry will kill to get food. And I'm not talking about animals. . Wouldn't be the first time, and won't be the last. This is not going to end well. -

I'm reading bits and pieces here and there, folks are posting it's time for rioting and blaming the government shutdown. Xerox is blaming a power outage. The government says they should have enough money to cover these programs until the end of the month. I wonder. -

I found this on Yahoo: I feel really bad for the families that depend on it to get food, Food stamp debit cards not working in many states By The Associated Press 57 minutes ago People in Ohio, Michigan and 15 other states found themselves unable to use their food stamp debit-style cards on Saturday, after a routine test of backup systems by vendor Xerox Corp. resulted in a system failure. "While the electronic benefits system is now up and running, beneficiaries in t -

WIC and EBT down on Sat. but BACK UP by Sunday

I read a sign at Walmart the other day that EBT had changed the dates..........again. It would seem they do this often. I think what they do is extend the date out a little further, which means folks have to go about a week without food stamps and maybe somehow this saves the government some money. I don't know, I just know about twice a year I see a sign where the date has changed. Don't have a clue about WIC, maybe it works the same way. -
My mother had it done. She said there was no pain, not even after she got home. It looks awful, bloody and all that, but she was so glad she had it done. And she was afraid, because it was her eyes and just the thought of what they're doing. Good luck.

My DIL killed a baby copperhead two nights ago out in the street. We have enough water moccasins and copperheads, I don't want to see a rattler.

Government employees are on the dole for life with pretty damn good pay and great benefits with a retirement package. They are lazy and part of the folks who feel they are entitled. Lazy. They don't give a damn and they don't have to do their job because they know they won't get fired. That's our government workers. Oh wait! That also sounds like our politicians!
