  1. I've never understood people throwing their trash out. It's just nasty, but it's probably how they live in their own houses. I swear Hiram-Sudie is one of the worst around here.
  2. Oh, I love Georgia too. I love the South, it's my home. Born in Alabama, raised in Georgia. I was just surprised to see the statistics.
  3. This article shows that all but 2 of the 10 states selected with the worst quality of life are in the South. I'm not surprised so many are in the south, but I was surprised Georgia ranked #10. Are we ever going to overcome? The 10 states with the worst quality of life . 24/7 Wall St. By Thomas C. Frohlich and Alexander E.M. Hess 10. 4. The article is out of the UK. What do they know? If it was good enough for the Indians then it's good enough for me.
  5. So who's going to be up watching the total at 6:25? I think I might try it just to see a red moon.

  8. Jiffy Mix has been here in the south forever. I remember my mama making it when I was growing up. I make traditional southern cornbread but I will make Jiffy Mix as a treat once in a while. I like to make muffins with it. And I learned that Henry up in Acworh uses Jiffy Mix, adds some diced roasted tomatoes and cake mix to make his cornbread so light and fluffy and sweet. What you're doing is very kind and w/should be appreciated by anyone!
  9. The Indian stores around here are fine. I understand how sanitary conditions are in India, but not so much here. The first store I remember being here that was run by an Indian was in the '80's. And I forget his name, maybe it was some Patel, and it was at the corner of Business 6 and 120, in front of that strip center. I remember his children going to school with my kids, and I remember when his wife died from a severe asthma attack. He also opened a sports store. I remember the Indians used to come over, buy a store, live in it and use their family members until they could afford a
  10. You really just like to piss people off, don't you.
  11. Wouldn't it be cool if crime dropped because folks would be afraid of getting Ebola in jail. That would be a for sure death sentance.
  12. Right now the airports are working with orders given by the CDC, which is a questionaire, and taking temps. Temperatures can be minulipated with OTC like Ibupropen and these questions can guarentee lies when it comes to getting out of a country where you have been exposed to a deadly infections disease, because the US is the best place to be to save your life. So you will get here by any means necessary. Prescription for avoiding Ebola airport screening:Ibuprofen On Wednesday, customs personnel began distributing information prepared by the CDC describing Ebola symptoms and not
  13. Prescription for avoiding Ebola airport screening: Ibuprofen NEW YORK (Reuters) - People who contract Ebola in West Africa can get through airport screenings and onto a plane with a lie and a lot of ibuprofen, according to healthcare experts who believe more must be done to identify infected travelers. "And people can take ibuprofen to reduce their fever enough to pass screening, and why wouldn't they? If it will get them on a plane so they can come to the United States and get effective treatment after they're exposed to Ebola, wouldn't you do that to save your life?" This process
  14. Good. He suffered a fools decision. I heard on the radio this morning the officer is recovering.
  15. Ebola Patient's Family Ordered To Stay Inside After Trying to Leave . By MEGHAN KENEALLY 1 hour ago The family of the Texas Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan have been ordered to stay in their home after violating official's initial request not to leave. "There were violations of the request to not leave their premises," Dallas judge Clay Jenkins said of the breach that prompted the Texas Department of State Health Services to order the quarantine. 16. Will this really help? Liberia To Prosecute Man Who Brought Ebola To U.S. Associated Press | By JONATHAN PAYE-LAYLEH MONROVIA, Liberia (AP) — Liberian authorities say they plan to prosecute the man infected with Ebola who brought the disease to the United States, saying he lied on his airport health questionnaire. With an Ebola crisis raging in West Africa, passengers leaving Liberia are being screened for fever and are asked if they have had contact with anyone infected. On the questionnaire obtained by The Associated Press, Thomas Eric Duncan answered 'no' to those q
  17. http://minx.cc:1080/?post=352191 "You know what would make me not panic? If the officials in charge of protecting us actually sounded like they knew what the hell they were talking about and weren't forever censoring the truth to keep us from panicking. And by the way, this guy didn't seem to be prepared to discuss this. He did not have a ready explanation for his seeming contradiction."
  18. OMG, sometimes I just can't believe you are serious, but you really are. Hold you're breath and turn blue, 'cause it ain't gonna happen.
  19. It's just cause we're racist. You know south of the border and West Africa and all that.
  20. Dang, she was speeding. $126 is cheap for going 71 in a 55. AND her license was expired. You always have two choices, pay the ticket or go to court. Why is that so difficult for her to understand? I just pay the ticket. And then to put her family in danger driving as fast and reckless as she did.......... I guess it's cause she was black and they were picking on her. Great lesson for her son who probably sees the cops and especially the white man as the enemy. And Eddie, what's your problem with it?
  21. Exactly. Just like the flights we're still accepting from West Africa that brought Ebola to this country.
  22. You mean the enterovirus 68? The one I mentioned several topics back, the one that's killing children, the same one that is causing paralysis? The same virus that I mentioned and was told that I was over-reacting, the sky is falling and my head was in the sand? Wow! and now you bring it up? Why?
  23. And add the cost of all the illegals, how long before we collapse?
