  1. Again, has anyone been contacted to try to get some help and put this situation out in the light?
  2. Obviously, the drive to work in the morning will probably be hellatious! Thank God I don't have to get out in it. Be careful out there. They did say there is the possibility of tornados. Storm threat intensifies overnight Monday - Tuesday morning Updated: Oct 13, 2014 7:14 AM EDT A storm system pushing in from the west is presenting a chance for severe weather in Georgia early this week. The timeframe of concern is early Tuesday morning, with possible severe thunderstorms affecting our region as early as 3 or 4am. First things first -- today will be a mainly cloudy day, with
  3. Are you saying the police took his pain pills? How the hell can they do that, it was his perscription, LEGALLY! Has anyone contacted our Congressman or Senator with this situation? What about TV stations? Anything to get some kind of coverage and help.
  4. I must have missed something, HOW can the developer sue the Morrison's? For what? Who is this developer? My God, is there no one, anywhere that would take this on and fight the county?
  5. That was the first Martin's I went to when I was in high school, and yes it was a drive-in. Then I was excited when they opened one in Powder Springs and then when that one came to Hiram/Dallas. I've gotten so many biscuits from there for years and years. But I must say about a year or so ago I just couldn't eat another one. I decided to run by there one day last week, after not having one for over a year, and it was very good. I still won't be making a regular run back there but I may start going back occasionally. I can't believe I used to sit in that line for 20 minutes to get
  6. How did she get it and so far the folks that lived with him, maybe slept with him and layed around in an apartment full of contaminated sheets and clothes, not get it?
  7. Well, you do have a point, but who will have an economy when folks are dying and the hospitals and doctors are overwhelmed and can't take care of the dying? And the doctors and nurses are dying because they're not sure how it's spread. There won't be anybody here to spend any money for us to have an economy.
  8. Like I said in the beginning, when you folks said it would never get here, ALL flights from West Africa should be prevented from coming here. If Europe wants to take the chance then fine, but not us. Hell, the CDC can't even get their story straight. They don't know anymore than we know how it's spread, or so it would appear. I don't want it here.
  9. Thank you so much Satellite for what you have done! What a blessing you have been.

Reuters 13 minutes ago (Reuters) - A patient in Massachusetts who recently returned from Liberia and was displaying symptoms of Ebola was transferred from a medical clinic to a Boston hospital on Sunday, the hospital said. 12. I've wondered the same thing!! We get one, maybe two bags and mix it up. Then we get a bunch of fried apple pies, maybe some jelly and syrup, and maybe some apple bread. Now my granny...........I would go with her to pick apples, tons of apples, so we could peel and slice and lay them out on screens in the sun to dry them. That's what she would use later in the winter to make fried apple pies and she would make applesauce. We always go to Panorama up on the hill. We tried the other one a couple of years ago and I like Panorama better.
  13. Yeah, how do you get infected with full protective gear and you know the patient you're caring for has Ebola? How can she have it, yet none of the family members who had direct contact don't have it?
  14. That was my thought as well: like they would even let it be addressed that they used our tax money to fight them to the end and leave them homeless.
  15. I've been sharing since yesterday, often.
  16. S&DN, Technically it was the bank that brought forth the eviction, we all know that. Ethically and morally, it was the county that bankrupted them.
