There is a rehab in Appling, Georgia where the prison is. The rehab is in a different wing and is it's own entity. It never mixes with general population. It's called integrated treatment program. It lasts 6 months, then you go home, report to probation and follow up for another six months with meetings during the week. If you're talking about German Shepards, they're skittish of the weather. I grew up with 2 very large shepards, but let a storm come up, you HAD to let them in. They would have torn the door down if you didn't. LOL Nobody got out of their car at our house. These shepards would have their head in your window, they were that tall and we're talking about big 60's cars. All my friends would wait until I came outside. BoBo the youngest was especially protective. His favorite thing to play with was a concrete block.

I don't know about the merger, but I've been in the Wellstar system since 1998 and I've always been pleased with my doctors. If I come across one I don't like, then I find another, like I did with my hip doctor but he's with Resurgeons using Wellstar facilities. My surgeries were at Kennestone and I was pleased.
