  1. I didn't call them. I went to my account and then the order and then "return". That's where the page came up with the choices.
  2. I just returned something the other day to Amazon by mail. When I went to returns I had a choice of UPS or USPS. I chose USPS and printed out the address and the bar code. Good luck
  3. I'm just gonna say this.......... Racism exists on both sides. I've seen, heard it and felt it. As a white person that has many friends in the black community, some are very honest in saying how they feel about white people. And I understand what they're saying. As a white person that has a grandson that is mixed, I've seen the prejudice against black people. I've always let people know that I have a brown grandson and from that point on I never have to hear that kind of talk from other white people. I'm prejudiced myself, but it's not based on the color of their skin, but
  4. And Selma? I was 15 and I remember my granny and grandaddy (in Alabama) talking about the march in Selma, and how the white women were having sex with those n----- men and they deserved to be killed. How they were doing all kinds of things and should be killed. Now as much as I loved my granny and grandaddy, they were repeating what they had been told. But I remember it like it was yesterday because it was so vivid in my mind and it was disturbing.
  5. I totally agree we were very fortunate to have the folks we did move us forward in Atlanta and not only accept change, but make Atlanta greater. Atlanta had some very rich and influencial black families. I disagree about Wallace. Wallace did not help Alabama move forward. My family was in Alabama out in the country and in Birmingham. Alabama continually chose to resist intergration and got left behind. It's just been in the last 20 years corporations have decided to move to Birmingham. I remember in the 70's when Birmingham almost looked like Detroit. And just to add, I still ha
  6. I notice them, and I don't like it. It's everywhere. I don't want to be standing in line in some store and have to look at someone's ass. Seriously. And it doesn't bother you? Whatever.... What happened to indecent exposure laws? Yeah, he's got it covered up with his underware but I can still see the crack of his ass.
  7. I was wondering, if it's so bad, use another dry cleaners. I don't have the time or patience to deal with dumb, rude people.

  11. It's simple. We are animals and we need a certain amount of fat to keep us heathy and our skin, hair and nails to be healthy. I've always thought vegetarians always looked kinda sick.
  12. Yeah I do. I want decadent chocolate cake. I've always said if I'm going to take in useless calories they're going to be damned good ones.
  13. It sounds so good. Maybe I'll try that also. Got it bookmarked.

  15. Now THAT sounds good, I may try it. And it's from the Barefoot Contessa, that's why it's so good
  16. That's a good recipe and I make mine like that except I don't add turnips but I do add bay leaves. I don't like bay leaves or stew, but my husband does. I might like it with the turnips and no bay leaves. And I always brown the meat and use beef broth instead of water. You need good quality beef cuts for starters.

  18. Ok, I'm confused. Where is Tate's Hell , where did you see the devil's face Miss Sophie and why are you embarrassed? and is this a real picture?
  19. Oh Lawd NO! THIS is the latest............how much more drama can there be? Nick Gordon Enters Rehab After Dr. Phil Interview . By Taryn Ryder 2 hours ago Dr. Phil's intervention seems to have worked. Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon has entered rehab after being interviewed by the TV doctor, according to multiple reports. In what has been described as an "emotionally charged intervention," Dr. Phil sat down with with Gordon and his mother, Michelle, in an episode set to air next week. Gordon has apparently been battling alcohol and drug addiction. Accor
  20. Me either, but this is one strange family.
  21. I agree on that. I've never liked Big Lots or any of those dollar stores, but they're always full. I can get the items cheaper at Walmart and get $money$ back with my $avings catcher! To date I've doubled my rewards to a Bluebird card for almost $350.
