Careful Gringa, there is flip side to every coin. Like my brother. He has a good job, but it do not pay very much money, but work is reliable and steady. He never have to worry about losing his job and he is very good about his money with credit cards and things. If it was not for the lower house prices he would not be in the house he bought for his familia. I think there are more like him who move up because others who were high up had to move down. So is just different, not good or bad.
