What really is amazing is how people like pubby keep complaining how racism still exists in this country; yet think nothing of putting up a headline like the one for this topic. I am not opposed to campaign finance reform. I've suggested a couple of times there should be legislation passed that limits campaign spending based upon population; e.g. presidential campaigns capped to $5 per every citizen living in the country. I have also expressed in the past the electoral college should be split in each state by the percentage of popular vote a candidate receives. Some states do this, others have a winner take all.
