The KY clerk who won't issue marriage licenses
Foxmeister replied to stercus tauri's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Ali never served any prison time. He was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment, but the SCOTUS reversed the court decision and didn't spend a single day in prison. The boxing commission suspended him for 3 years. -

Quite a few people here said the clerk took an oath to follow the Constitution and the laws of the land. Here's the oath she and every court clerk in KY takes when sworn into their elected office. "I, _____, do swear that I will well and truly discharge the duties of the office of _____ County Circuit Court clerk, according to the best of my skill and judgment, making the due entries and records of all orders, judgments, decrees, opinions and proceedings of the court, and carefully filing and preserving in my office all books and papers which come to my possession by virtue of my office; -

The SCOTUS does not make law; it decides if laws are Constitutional or not. -
Happy Birthday!!!

So you're saying all white people charged with a murder have the money for a decent attorney.
-
Please explain how blacks are "unfairly singled out and killed with the blessing of the state." What facts do you have to support such a statement?

I think you're missing the OP's point. If a stadium seats 5,000 people; then the school should sell no more than 5,000 tickets. If they sell 2,000 tickets before the end of school on Friday, then they should sell no more than 3,000 tickets at the gate. This method would prevent overcrowding and the need of the fire marshall shutting down the gates.

More whites are killed by police officers than blacks are. More blacks are murdered by other blacks. If the Black Lives Matter Group were really concerned by about black lives, than why aren't they addressing the number one cause of black murders? If ya'll want the truth; ALL lives matter.

Please provide a source to back up your claims.

From 1980 to 2008, 93% of black murders were committed by blacks. The number was 91% in 2012. Over the same period of time, 84% of white murders were committed by whites. More homicide stats for 2008 to 2008 from the US Department of Justice: 50.3% of all homicide victims were white, 47.4% were black 45.3% of people who committed murders were white, 52.5% were black 76.8% of homicide victims were male 89.5% of those who committed murders were male. Murder victims by capita for whites is 4.5 per 100,000 Murder victims by capita for blacks is 27.8 per 100,000 Those who committ

You are absolutely correct in your assessment who a white on black killing is quickly referred to many in the mainstream media as a hate crime, but a black on white killing is not. This incident of a black man shooting and killing the two white reporters is being portrayed as workplace violence and an assumed mental health issue; yet on the other hand the white punk who killed the black people in the SC church is reported as a hate crime and mental health totally ignored.

The FAA and the state are funding the majority of the runway expansion to accommodate 737s. Why do you think that is?

Could we talk about the airport one more time? Factually?

Ben Epps Airport in Athens is currently expanding its runway to accommodate 737s. -
Ben Epps Airfield in Athens is expanding its runway to accommodate 737's. The FAA and the state are funding most of the project.

I agree. If the shooter was white and the victims had been black, it would have been called an act of racism. Many on the left seem to think black people cannot be racists.
-
The left here seem to think that Paulding County should be a bastion of liberalism, although liberals are only a very small percentage of the population. In other words, they believe the majority of the people here need to conform to the whims and beliefs of the very few. You know, political correctness in its "finest."

You might as well say that airport is "owned" by Boeing whose manufacturing facility utilizes it. If you use google maps and look at the satellite view, you will see the airport's biggest user is Boeing. All the aircraft parked on the airport's tarmac are newly produced aircraft by Boeing. Those 30,000 jobs you're talking about were the result of the Boeing plant. The 747, 767, 777, and 787 are built at that plant. There are also a lot of subdivisions around that airport as well. If Boeing was not located there, that airport would most likely be the size of Paulding's.

A really good peach grown at Jaemor Farms is the Jersey Queen; the best darn peach I have ever eaten. They didn't have any this year because of the freeze that occurred in March.
-
I was at Jaemor Farms north of Gainesville to buy peaches and other goods. They hardly had any peaches. One of the employees told me 90% of the peach crop was destroyed by the freezing temperatures that occurred last March. What they did have were sweet, but they were not very soft or juicy.

CFA's chicken nuggets are chopped up chicken breasts.
-
I was interested in knowing if the OP was raising chickens and wanted to have them butchered for his freezer.
-
I really don't see chickens raised in the US being shipped to China to be processed and then shipped back to the US as the cost would be too great.

I hope he spends the rest of his life in prison.
