Im so sorry for the loss of your mom, and that is the exact reason I am not budging on how I feel with the situation. I am not asking my mom to leave. You just never know what will happen. And i would not want this to be our last christmas and to have those feelings. Although my husband as ruint it for me. I have already told him when she does go, he will not be allowed at the funeral. He has really got me feeling a different way about him, the way he as been acting. But like you said, you only have one mother and she has been there for me from day one!! Thanks for the advice!!

My mom is 68 and her health is okay according to the doctors, but she is what i've diagnosed a hypochondriac(sp). She has had every test under the sun and the doctors can't find anything wrong with her, but she still complains about being sick and thinks she is dying from every illness. OMG, those were his exact words!!! Well I did call my brother as someone had suggested I do. And she is going over to his apartment Saturday and will Stay until Wednesday, then she will come back here and is going back home Saturday. I understand what everyone is saying but I just cannot hurt my moms feelings like that. And I look at it as only 3 weeks and I will not see her again until the summer. But I did speak with her about inviting folks over without talking to us about it and she just said she didnt think I would mind, and I told her I probably wouldnt have if you had asked me first.

Exactly, he was not close with his mom, so he doesnt get it. Regardless of her faults, she's my mom and I love her and want to spend as much time with her as I can. But he doesnt get that. When my kids were younger they would go stay with my mom and dad during the summer for years, he didnt have a problem with her then. My dad passed about 5 years ago and we are all she has. It just hurts me he feels this way and can't tolerate it for 2 to 3 weeks, it's not like its 2 to 3 months.

I do not hate my mother. The things she does do irriate me too, but I just keep thinking the 2 to 3 weeks will be over and she will be going home. Plus she is getting older and I just want to be with her as much as I can. The things she does that bothers him are she moans and groans about everything, she always claiming to be sick and wants us to wait on her hand and foot, she volunteers to babysit my brothers son at my house without asking (my husband has low tolerance for toddlers), she invites other family members over without asking us. He doesnt dislike her, he just gets annoyed with the things she does. And I have told him the same thing, you tell her if it bothers you that much, but stop bitching to me about it. Im just tired of it, it's year in and year out. I have said next year, im going on vacation away from everybody. I just don't want to deal with it!!

She would die if I asked her to stay at a hotel. Im at my wits end, there is no peace in my home right now, between my husband and I. And on top of that she takes it upon herself to invite some other relatives over to my house without checking with me first so that really ticked him off. Im soooo stressed right now!!!!

Holidays are suppose to be joyful, not for me. My Mother comes to visit us from out of town each holiday and ususally ends up staying 2 to 3 weeks. My husband gets really annoyed and after a week he has reached his limits with her. I can tell he's already at that point. But she has said she is staying until the 14th. So of course he is pissed. Not racist, just observant. I picked up on it last night, when watching. Im not trying to judge, but it seems like the Paulding couple especially was all about apperance. Don't get me wrong their house is beautiful, and they are a beautiful couple, but I would not want to have members in my congregation struggling trying to pay the bills, and my pastor and his wife are on t.v flaunting what they have. The whole "first lady" title turned me off as well, they are not married to Presidents. I want be watching it again.

Oasis Family LIfe Church in Paulding County is one of them!! Not sure of the other Church's involved. Two don't have Church's not sure why they are on the show, one was kicked out after only 6 weeks of pastoring it. I have heard great things about Oasis, I just think this is going to put them in a bad light, they are not as bad as others on there but just being associated with the show can have a negative affect!!

TLC premiered it's new reality show called The Sisterhood last night, it follows the 'First Ladies" of five local Church's, although 2 don't have Church's. Did you watch, if so? What did you think of it. I thought it started out okay, but I can tell it's going to be a Hot Mess!!! And seems like the two from the Paulding Church, were the ones more of the focus was put on. Seems like it will be a watered down version of RHWOA, they just wanna show off their expensive houses, cars, jewelry and clothes. In the future get some Wileys Green's Seasoning, they make my greens so tender and have a wonderful tast to them. I've also found that if you buy the greens already cut, they do not have the same flavor as the ones you cut your self.

Collards, black eyed peas, dressing, cabbage au gratin, potato salad, fried chicken, baked chicken, ham, dinner rolls. Carrott cake, apple pie, chocolate cream cheese cake. I have told my family im done cooking for the year, I am completely wiped out, I cooked Thanksgiving, Christmas and then today, you're too damn tired to even enjoy the holidays!!!

They definitely want, I called them about my neighbor shooting deer that was in my yard and they said there was nothing they could do if they are shooting from their property. So I said so if me or my children are outside and these fools are shooting and they shoot us then what? Is that legal? All I got is,maam if they are shooting on their property there is nothing we can do. I just could not believe it!!

They love coming to Atlanta and find these reality "stars". first Housewives of Atlanta, then Honey Boo Boo, Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, and then theres the Sisterhood coming out next week(im sure that will be a hot mess as well) and now this, oh yeah and let us not forget about Whitney and Bobby Brown. They seem to be scarce this year. I 've been riding around and noticed a lot of people are not doing a lot of decorations this year. Most houses just have a wreath on the door. I didnt do a lot outside, but inside I went overboard!!

It just breaks your heart, one parent was doing an interview and said they wanted to remember their sweet baby girl the way she was alive, with her long blonde hair and a bow on the side. I just cant imagine why that monster would want to completely dismangle their bodies, there was a report of one of the boys being shot 11 times, can you imagine? There was probably nothing left of his body. It just breaks your heart!!

I had been wondering if any of the bodies would be in any condition for open casket, now I know the answer!! Sad,sad, sad that their loved ones couldnt see their faces one last time.!!!

And don't forget the kids knowing the pass codes to get back into the school, if they are out at recess and need to get back in for restroom, go to office, etc.
