I know that at&t has been doing "upgrades" to their antenna arrays. I'm not sure if this is effort to upgrade the network or to cut costs. I have talked to several people whose service has been adversely affected by this. The best thing to do is let them know about it.....ALOT. BTW when you speak to an AT&T rep over the phone ask for their Att user I'd first (it helps track down who you spoke to and holds them accountable)
