I absolutely and positively second this motion in the STRONGEST possible terms. It does not matter that others may come and say, "We did it without an attorney and never had a problem." That is like someone saying, "I have owned a house or a car for years without insurance, and never had a problem!' Attorney's fees are like insurance, and you NEVER want to go without EITHER in such an important situation.

Remember that there are TWO I-285/I-75 interchanges; one on the nortside and the other on the southside.

I wondered that, too. Despite claims that the OP had "no opinion" and was simply posing a seemingly innocent question, I wondered what the purpose of the question was. Since it should be obvious to any reasonable person that no consensus can be reached on such a sensitive topic at this time, the question itself seemed, at best, pointless and, at worst, designed to start something.

There are some conditions that simply justify staying home.

Dams fail if flood waters rise above them. That can surely happen. This is different from structual failure of a dam, which is what was implied when the earlier poster asked about inspections of dams. Inspections can detect faults and prevent dam collapse, breakage, etc. However, all the inspections in the world cannot make a dam higher, if the flood waters rise above a certain point. These are two completely different situations.

Floods do not cause dams to break; earthquakes do.

CBS 46 just announced that it was in error before when it reported that Paulding schools are closed tomorrow. They corrected that to say that they had heard nothing yet.
