People who tell you how to handle your kids--especially toddlers. When I MUST take my 2 year old in public she is inevitably going to be loud, try to run away from me and be generally annoying to other people. I'm sorry, she is two. And the pacifier calms her down, so those who hate on toddlers having them, well maybe you've not had to deal with a child like mine before. This is especially annoying coming from people who don't h
  2. It's a bit of a drive, but if you're up that way there is a shop at Mount Berry Square Mall (in Rome) right next to the food court that has a large selection of pillow pets. I saw the dolphin while trying to find the Killer Whale for my daughter (no luck).
  3. GNC has a cheaper, comparable Acia diet brand. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to spend time in the bathroom. All it does is take away a few lbs from "cleaning out" your system.
  4. We're in the process of looking as well, and right now my issue is coughing up $80 for an "application fee" on a home we may or may not get.
  5. I'm apathetic. Too many years working in retail (which thankfully I don't this year).

  17. Hi, I'm not really new here (I usually post under my business account) but I wanted those who live close to this area to know... My father-in-law lives in the Tanglewood subdivision off Nebo Rd and his GPS was stolen from my husband's truck last night. It was parked in the driveway, which is up a steep hill and there are motion lights on the area (and a dog inside the garage). I just wanted all to know to lock up your vehicles or put them in your garage if you can.
