. So many things in life to complain about, and you people have to complain about an elderly man getting free cell phone, a financially strapped mother getting free cell phone service, and a neighbor who is letting another neighbor use her internet. WOW!!!! Maybe I should rethink letting my neighbor come to my house and use my telephone! After all, they aren't paying for it!! I think I will tell her to get her own phone and stop mooching off me!!!!

'Twas the night before Christmas, he lived all alone, in a one bedroom house made of plaster and stone. I had come down the chimney with presents to give, and to see just who in this little house lived. As I looked all about, a strange sight I did see, No tinsel, no presents, not even a tree. No Stockings by mantle, just boots filled with sand, On the wall hung pictures of far distant lands. With medals and badges, awards of all kinds, A sobering thought came through my mind. For this house was different, it was dark and dreary,

There is federal law limiting what gifts you can give a postman (they are federal employees). You don't want to get him fired, so follow these guidelines from the USPS website. Pay special attention to the last exclusion (NO CASH): Gifts to Postal Service Employees While many Postal Service™ customers have traditionally thanked their letter carrier with gifts of cash during the holiday season, this practice puts our employees at risk of violating federal law. The Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch ("Standards"), specifies that Postal Service employees may n

If it happened once, it can certainly happen again, at anytime during Ga. winters. Actually in 1993, we were only expected to get 1 or 2 inches and wound up with 13 inches!!! If they say a couple of inches in the mts, and a dusting here, you can bet on 5 to 6 inches in the mts, and 1 to 4 inches here, LOL! weather is not something I take lightly

Flat as a pancake – Referring to the cat or dog after the logtruck runs over it.Blind as a bat – Speaks for itself.....Mad as a wet hornet – This is really the worse kind of being mad.Bright as a new penny – This is what we says about the smart folks.......Dead as a doornail – This is absolutely the point of no return.......Mean as a snake – Some people have snakes for pets, but we all know that those snakes just as soon bite you as they had to look at you.....Fat as a tub of lard – Don't know what lard is? Ha!......Black as the ace of spades – This is what to expect with the lights off on at

I have 2 grandchildren that will not have much of a Christmas this year. My daughter is a single mom who recently lost her job (found another one thank God) a month ago. Saturday she picked up her first check(she gets paid every 2 weeks) and was on her way to pay her car insurance which had expired Friday. She was in Hiram, traffic was stop and start and she bumped a car in the rear. no damage done, but because she had no insurance, they impounded her car. I drove hewr to pay her insurance, and I paid to get her car out of impound. But now she has a 350.00 ticket she has to pay around christmas

She says she called the show to ask for help. I don't believe it. I think someone(maybe the daughter) told her either she gets help from somewhere, or they will report her. Watching the video, it seemed like she was enjoying what she was doing. She doesn't seem to love this boy at all. No emotion fro her
