Dont be surprised if one day you find out your child is smoking!! I hope not, but I knew a child once who threatened to run away from home if her parents did not stop smoking, she was sooo upset. She is an adult now and smokes 2 packs a day now. She started smoking at 13 years. Oh, and by the way, her parents, realizing how it upset her DID stop smoking, now look at her I'm just sayin!!! Don't be too quick to judge!!

I quit smoking 3 years ago, but I know several people who still smoke. I do not understand why people seem to think that smokers are uncaring about where they smoke. if you don't like it, stay away from it, they have already made so many rules about where a person can go to smoke, Parks are off limits, Six Flags only has a couple of designated smoking areas. Why then, do we still have bars where people can drink and then drive home! Although I do not smoke now, I use to. People tend to think just because it offends someone, then they should be able to stop. It is an addiction.The people I know who smoke, wish they could quit like I did, but it is not easy for everyone

I have read over the posts in this thread and it seems to me to be just another way for some people to bash our LE. sounds like someone is VERY upset because now they can no longer text and drive, or maybe they are defending their teen who does this? I'm just sayin!! I agree, you can in no way compare LE to teens texting or even adults texting. Why is everyone so down on LE now days!!! Be upset with the ones who are out there causing our officers to be on their computers to begin with!!!!

No matter what opportunity she used, someone would say,"why did she do it this or that way".I believe she is a suspicious person.I remember Susan smith and how she went thru all the motions of crying, but did not shed one single tear. Why did she choose that particular way to kill her children? who knows what goes thru the mind of a child killer!!! I believe the stepmom thought this was the perfect alibi.
