Barnett's supporters must be worried, as they have resorted to stealing Tony Crowe signs in N. Paulding. They should be worried, and ashamed.

COMMON CORE: WHAT IS THE GOVERNMENT REALLY TRYING TO DO?

If Pubby would bother to do a modicum of actual research, he would find both support and opposition to Common Core on all facets of the political spectrum. This is not a partisan issue. -
COMMON CORE: WHAT IS THE GOVERNMENT REALLY TRYING TO DO?

Deep down, the reason that parents and teachers of all political stripes reject Common Core is because it lacks common sense. "A child miseducated is a child lost." - John F. Kennedy -

Barnett must think the voters are stupid, as he is on record supporting the project.

I have personally received no less than three mailers where Barnett denies supporting commercialization of the airport.

"The revenue alone provides additional funding needed in our schools." - Support Silver Comet Field at Paulding Northwest Atlanta Airport -
Then why is he denying his support of airport commercialization in the flyer ? ? ?
-
Or perhaps they've read some of Pubby's derogatory comments on gun owners.
-
The correct response: "Yes, I would love to accept your generous invitation to tour areas around the airport. So that I may personally experience the aircraft sounds that nearby residents endure." "I would also enjoy an afternoon BBQ lunch on your dime, so that we may discuss the noise concerns of good folks that I seek to represent."

"The theoretical physicist Richard Feynman once quipped that “the first principle” of science is “that you must not fool yourself—and you are the easiest person to fool.” If we take the genius at his word, “the party of science” starts to look like a paradox. To insist that only your ideology is empirical and enlightened is to conclusively prove that it is neither." - Andrew Quinn -

Might try reading a few books...start with Bob Woodward. -
Psychiatrists are not psychics. They cannot predict which mentally ill individuals may become violent. You cannot lock people up because they might do something in the future, there must be clear and convincing medical evidence that they "present a substantial risk of imminent harm to self or others as manifested by recent overt acts or expressed threats of violence." "When I carry a gun, I don’t do so because I am looking for a fight, but because I’m looking to be left alone. The gun at my side means that I cannot be forced, only persuaded. I don’t carry it because I’m afraid, but because it enables me to be unafraid. It doesn’t limit the actions of those who would interact with me through reason, only the actions of those who would do so by force. It removes force from the equation. And that’s why carrying a gun is a civilized act." - Marko Kloos
