My sister has been sitting on E. Paulding. Traffic has been totally stopped for awhile @ Mt. Tabor. What is going on? Police are on the scene but are not directing to turn around or anything other than sitting with lights on. I don't see anything on the scanner thread.

No they are both error first, correct second..... Foliage is a military color in this example. Balaclava is a "face mask" or "robber's mask" as I have heard them called. Basically the hats that cover your face except eye holes. Foilage doesn't exist & Baklava is a greek pastry....that is VERY yummy!!!!!! People are constantly trying to order both of these for our soldiers or law enforcement!!!!! OHHHH except/accept has that one been posted yet?

Santa doesn't wrap at our house. Each child has their own paper. That way when my kids were smaller they could help with handing out presents from under the tree. We give out all the presents and then get to start opening.

I hate "YOU WELCOME"!!!!!! It's YOU ARE WELCOME.....if you want to shorten it say "You're welcome" Ha I'm finding out it's more of a problem with myself then with others who can't spell. I need to learn to let it go. Too many people to correct & too little time.

It's sad to me that teachers are so overwhelmed that spelling is the thing they have decided to do away with.

It drives me INSANE when adults could care less about their spelling. It makes you look so lazy. I cannot read something that is misspelled and take that person seriously. I can't stand the way my daughter texts. It's like a totally new language. At least I know she can really spell when she needs to.

After reading the other thread about homework being optional and teachers no longer giving spelling tests I have to ask.....Does spelling matter?

If they are turning them off overnight & not turning them on until a few minutes before school opens it has to be FREEZING in the mornings. I'm going to call back tomorrow morning and find out what temp it is then. I'm sure if they are turned on around 7:15 with school opening at 7:30 it's pretty cold in there until about 9-10am. Poor little babies!!!!! I can't do anything when it's cold. OR HOT.....right now my office is 80 degrees....I'm dying!!!!!
