Do not be fooled. The food industry is clever and dilebertly misleads the public. Zero trans fats per serving means not more than .5 grams, not zero!!!! Famous ice cream pints show good nutritional values. A closer look shows 4 servings per pint. I have never ate just 1/4 of a pint of gourmet ice cream. Here is some great information on weight loss. Real success requires life style changes. Temporally change to a "diet" of any kind will not help you. This is a good Idea. What I would rather see is congressional drug testing. A zero tolerance law that would guarantee the removal of any Federal politician with a positive drug test would help get rid of at least some of the people that are harming the working class people..
