I do believe the owners were going through a divorce PLUS they got a horrible health code inspection score a few weeks ago. Probably a combination of the 2 things. -

I seen them too Sunday morning around 10:45 or so standing at the corner of Goldmine & 278. It was an older lady and a teenage girl. -
I always read them. I dont always base my purchase on the review. I also leave a review for other customers.

Its getting ridiculous. People wanna keep taking their financial frustrations out on their employees, their employees, in turn, have bad attitudes (why would they wanna care about a business that doesnt care about them), the servers take it out on the customers, the customer gets mad, ultimately, the restaurant looses business. Then, the restaurant keeps pumping out coupons in the hopes that they will gain new customers. Seems a little crazy to me. Just FIRE the person who keeps making the mistakes. Makes sense to me!

When children order milk, 99% of the time, its the cheapest milk the manager could purchase at the store.

I recently heard of a restaurant talking about implementing a policy in which servers who make mistakes entering a customer's order must pay (out of their own pocket) for the mistake. For example, a server enters a cheeseburger into the computer, the food is delivered to the table, and the order was wrong (for whatever reason). I have not heard of the actual policy going into effect as of yet. However, I have never heard of anywhere doing this in the past. Personally, I would think that a server would get written up for making numerous errors and then terminated after so many wri

I got it! Mods, if you want to close this topic that would be okay.

I think I may have found a way. I am trying it now.

I think this is probably posted in the wrong forum but I couldn't locate the correct forum. Here is the problem: Last night, I had a reminder to install the Windows updates, so I did. I guess it updated my Internet Explorer to I.E. 9. Well, now, my internet will not open via Internet Explorer 9 and I am getting online via Firefox. How do I go back to the old internet explorer? I went to the control panel and tried to uninstall Internet Explorer 9 but the program is not listed. Ugh!

I quit taking them about 1.5 months ago and have only gained 2 lbs back. But I have been watching what I eat, not eating after 8pm, and exercising 3 days a week. I had been taking the pills for about 8 months. I got off the pills because my body became used to the pills.

Well, if its getting better, I must be living on another planet. We are struggling more now then ever. I keep hearing people say the economy is getting better, but I havent seen the effects yet. For those of you that think its getting better, go into any restaurant in this county and ask your server! I can guarantee you they will tell you that you are crazy!

I left to pick up my kids from school at 2:20pm. Are you sure it happened an hour before that because there was no ambulance on the scene at 2:20. I passed an ambulance heading from the Yorkville area to the accident site on my way to the Poole Elementary. That would mean there was NO ambulance on the scene for an hour. I heard the fire & rescue sirens around 2:15pm when I was getting into my car. It looked like the fire dept had to use the jaws of life to cut the driver out.
-
It really looked bad. On a postive note, the airbags inside the truck had been deployed. Hopefully, the driver will make it.

I came by on the way to pick up my children from school. There was no ambulance on the scene at this point. Prayers for the driver of the truck. It looked horrible.
