  1. According to the BMI charts, I'm obese. I'm a size 10 and while I'm not thin, maybe a little overweight, I'm not obese. I think the BMI charts are a waste and there needs to be another way....maybe body fat % ?
  2. I've noticed they are thinner... I've also noticed that DD seems to have a TON out there....a ton on a corner then dotted up the roadway then a ton on the next corner. How much does one of those signs cost anyways?
  3. I'm going to have to print this thread...I haven't seen many of these!
  4. If they are in NI-3 (needs improvement-year 3) that means it's the 4th year of not making AYP. You don't get put into NI status until the 2nd year, which becomes Needs Improvement year 1 (even though it's the 2nd year of not making AYP). So you and your friend are both right. Year 4 of not making AYP means Needs Improvement Year 3. DID NOT MAKE AYP Concequence Levels
  5. I don't know....we need a HS person to answer that. I would think the retakes would be after summer school or after fall semester....rather than 3 weeks later like CRCT.
  6. I quoted this from another thread so it would have the link... The website says they are in they're NI3, which I think means 4 years of not making AYP. 1st year is just a DNM year, 2nd year is NI1, 3rd year is NI2, etc. Also, do GHSGT retakes count? If so, they may not in yet.
  7. Now that I think about it, I wonder if it was something that graduation coaches in middle schools did....it would make sense that with the GC gone, the camps would be gone. I only remember it for the last few years....3-4 max.
  8. Top Gun is one of my favorites. I  1980s Tom Cruise. One movie that I can't turn off even though I've seen it a million times on TV is The American President....Michael Douglas is one of my old man crushes.
  9. I figure every time I post I run a pretty high risk of offending someone. I used to care, but now I don't. I've accepted that people aren't going to like what I have to say.
  10. It's expensive to run the camps. Hopefully the Friday that we go back will be used as an orientation.
  11. To address other points (I'm sure I'll miss some, but I'll do my best): The child custody case wasn't ugly. After baby-daddy decided to be a part of his daughter's life, I allowed it. It's a classic case of giving a mouse a cookie...he wanted more...joint custody to be more specific. I went to Donovan at his office, paid him (what I consider to be) a lot of money, and expected that he would file the appropriate paperwork for my case. I didn't know until I pulled my file for my new attorney that Donovan didn't file an answer to the original claims and did little more than issue a notic
  12. Here are some posts where others have posted about their personal experience with Donovan. It seems to me that those most qualified to speak to his abilities as an attorney are those who have witnessed him in action. There seems to be a theme of unhappiness from clients and arrognace on Mr. Donovan's part. I'm sure spending more than 5 minutes looking would have yeilding more results. *These are just a few of the posters that spoke out on the board. I have a dozen PMs from others who wanted to let me know that I'm not the only one who received the treatment from Donovan in court that I po
  13. What does his WIFE think about it? She needs to be prepared to lose her job....but it would serve him right!
  14. You made me go look. His profile views are about to skyrocket
  15. I saw this on Greys Anatomy once.... Maybe they sync up..
  16. The police officer was "grazed" and awake when they took him to the hospital (according to the news)... Zing!
  17. my baby-daddy lives in this district of Rockdale....birds of a feather.
  18. I still don't understand why they had to leave their businesses.
